Barmah National Park is an amazing Rivergum Forest in the state of Victoria on the banks of the mighty Murray River. The park is packed full of activities from camping, fishing, bush walking, swimming and touring drives.

Barmah Lakes | Great Summer campsite
This is us camping at Barmah Lakes for the easter long weekend. Very early morning start, got the camper trailer with the grand Cherokee and wrangler. Lots of space, beautiful bush and close to the water for the best fun ever.
We built a giant hammock for all of us to enjoy. The kids thought they had fun but the adults had much much more fun, jumping around, balancing drinks.
We went to a little town called Moama on easter Sunday to check out the market and great local produce. Weather was great, friends were even better and family had a ball.
We'll do that again!

Today we wake to a mob of Wild Brumbies just outside of camp, Monkey looks a little worse for wear after his night on home brew, we retrieve the Yabbie nets and glance at a staggering amount of Shrimps and few Yabbies, cook up a storm for breaky and dinner and i tell you about my Northern Territory drunk police story and more.
