I would like to emphasize I never say anyone in my videos is a Gang Stalker. I am not a mind reader. I don't know a person's intentions. All I hope to do is to share with you what I see to prompt an investigation into the Government Gang Stalking I have experienced 24/7 for 8 years.
No Citizen Review Board for Oceanside and Carlsbad Police Mean Oceanside/Carlsbad Gang Stalking Police Run Wild
Police in Carlsbad and Oceanside, CA, in conjunction with Vigilantes using RED cars, RED trucks, wearing or carrying RED – probably our Neighborhood Watch Group members – are Gang Stalking Citizens 24/7 for years along with firemen and security guards.
Why is it San Diego County has a Citizens’ Law Enforcement Review Board for the Sheriff’s Department and Probation Department, yet no San Diego County Citizens’ Law Enforcement Review Board with authority to review, investigate and report on citizen complaints against Police who Gang Stalk such as those in the Oceanside and Carlsbad Police Departments?
The idea that you have to go to the Police Departments who Gang Stalk for redress of grievances is outrageous.
Demand a San Diego County Citizens’ Law Enforcement Review Board to monitor the Gang Stalking Oceanside and Carlsbad Police Departments.
1. What is Going On:
Police, Firemen, EMS, Ambulance Drivers, Security Guards, Citizen Vigilantes - probably Our Neighborhood Watch Groups - are Gang Stalking average citizens.
2. The Tactic being Used Is Mobbing which is discussed in a new book by Oxford University Press: Mobbing Causes, Consequences and Solutions by Maureen Duffy and Len Sperry
The tactic is called mobbing/gang stalking.
3. What we are seeing is reminiscent of the blacklists of the McCarthy Era, RED Squads, and COINTELPRO.
4. George Bush rescinded anti-COINTELPRO legislation. Obama's Attorney General hasn’t written new Guidelines for the FBI opening the door for what we are seeing.
5. The ACLU says illegal police surveillance is going on in over thirty states. What we are seeing is a national problem that requires investigation by our intelligence committees.
6. Bush in Operation Tips tried to get Neighborhood Watch Groups involved in the War on Terror. What we are seeing is their involvement in Government Gang Stalking - that has nothing to do with terrorism, but rather, is an egregious abuse of government power.
7. The FBI is known for its use of conspicuous surveillance and that is what we are seeing where, not only First Responders and Security Guards are Gang Stalking citizens, but also, Neighborhood Watch Groups using RED cars, RED trucks, wearing or carrying RED.
8. Colonel Anthony Shaffer who wrote Operation Dark Heart told Judge Napolitano on Freedom Watch that our Government uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming in its PSY-OPS program. One question the intelligence committees need to ask is why did so many firemen – who Gang Stalk – signed up for Neuro-Linguistic Programming Workshops where Anchoring – the technique that forms the core of Government Gang Stalking – is taught.
9. Techniques used in Government Gang Stalking are constant conspicuous surveillance, Shunning where neighbors are elicited to Gang Stalk to socially isolate targeted citizens, NOISE to harass using power equipment, mobbing in the targeted citizen’s workplace, even intimidation with dogs. This is a program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT reminiscent of the Stasi in East Germany.

House of 3 containers on San Diego hill blends with landscape
After purchasing a piece of land in the mountains of unincorporated San Diego County, Mike and Shawn McConkey set out to build their dream home from shipping containers. “This is zoned agricultural land out here so you can actually have a little cottage industry or a winery... or a container house.”
With the help of architect Chris Bittner, they designed a 700-square-foot cottage from three containers (one of which they found on the property). By building most of it themselves, Mike and Shawn kept things affordable: the total cost was $160,000, including design fees and permits. They also budgeted by living for two and a half years in a 28-foot travel trailer while they waiting for permits and to complete the build.
They stayed on budget in the interior by mixing IKEA and reclaimed items with a few high end pieces, like a $3800 rolling garage door that opens the home to the outside and unobstructed mountain views.
The home is a hybrid of containers and stick frame structure with ceilings as high as 13 feet between the containers to made the small space feel larger and to allow for natural cooling. To keep the home running at peak efficiency, the McConkeys put in a cool roof (white, to reflect the hot San Diego sun) and a high efficiency tankless water heater.
Since completing the home, Bittner says he’s received 50 calls from people interested in their own container home dreams. “They all start with, ‘I’ve always dreamed of building a container home, how much does it cost? Is it the same as framing?’ And I tell them all the same thing, ‘It certainly can be the same as framing, it can quickly get more expensive than framing.’”
Mike, who is a building superintendent for his day job, is happy he had the chance to make his own grown-up LEGO construction. “I always played with LEGO blocks and stuff as a kid. I just like to build stuff. It’s a hobby and what I do for a living so it’s kind of natural to take something unique and transform it.”

A woman called Police, telling them she was being held captive by her gang member boyfriend in his apartment. There was also suppose to be 2 other gang members present and the boyfriend was armed with a AK-47. The boyfriend had also reportedly attempted to steal her car earlier in the day.
Police responded in force and set up operations. Family members approached the Police and told them that nothing was going on and the man was not in the apartment. They claimed the woman was just trying to cause problems. After speaking with several people, the Police ended this operation, stating the information that started the whole thing was not credible.

US Highway Patrol: Situation 'dynamic and active' at veterans' home
(10 Mar 2018) Authorities have not had contact with the gunman holding three people hostage for nearly eight hours and police tactical teams are forming plans on how to deal with the ongoing situation at a veterans home in California, authorities said Friday.
California Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Robert Nacke told reporters that there has not been any confirmed communication with the gunman since 10:30 in the morning.
Nacke called the situation at the veterans home dynamic and active and said he had no information about the hostages or their conditions.
He says tactical teams are deciding which way to move forward.
Officials said those being held are employees of The Pathway Home, a privately run program on the veterans home's grounds.
