Learn to Surf - Daytrip to El Paredon with BeachCo. Guatemala.
A few days ago we took English girls Jucha and Sophia on their first ever surf trip.
We left Antigua early in the morning and spent the morning at El Paredon where we taught the girls to surf. It was a huge success as you can see in the video!

SURFING - El Paredon, Guatamala - DRONE
El Paredon was an unexpected destination while travelling Central America. Was told of this place by a dude named Walter. Spent a week here surfing and soaking up the sun. Such a cool secluded 'off the beaten' track destination. The water temp here is perfect. The black sand can get super hot, literally have to run from the shore across to the water. Dogs run and play along the beach. Local fishermen drag their HUGE fishing nets from the water. Boats of all sizes are frequent out in the deep. The sunsets here are incredible and of course the people are so lovely and hospitable. Super cheap to eat, drink and stay in many of the accommodation huts or even a hostel. I stayed in a completely renovated old yellow school bus. What a cool experience this was.
