I'd never seen anything like this. I started video taping ducks because they were diving for so long but very soon after three swans approached and the fight between two of them turned incredibly violent very quickly! Footage was captured while visiting the city of Montreux, Switzerland on Lake Leman about 1.5 hours east of Geneva.

We challenged bars all over Switzerland to create a signature cocktail with Espolon Tequila. Numerous bars have accepted to enter the cocktail battle and proudly presented their creations. Around Halloween, we filmed the Making of Espolon Mary Shelley at L'Etabli, a new hotspot in Geneva. It was the perfect setting for our Halloween pub-crawl as it is all Frankesnstein themened with spooky decorations. Their flatbreads are fabulous and their Mary Shelly simply delicious. Here is the recipe:
4cl Tequila Espolon Blanco
6cl Passion fruit juice
2 Slices of lemon
Dash of liquid cane sugar
Crushed ice
Cut lemon slices in little cubes and put in glass. Add cane sugar and crush together with lemon pieces. Add ice. Then pour passion fruit juice over ice. Add Espolon Tequila Blanco. Shake vigorously. Pour in glass, add black straws and serve fresh.
