There was a time I identified the practice of Karate with my Life.
Thanks to those years I spent training every day, alone, overcoming
my limits (cause I wasn't talented, just stubborn) I reached patience,
self-confidence and what budouka call nintai, or rather perseverance.
Now, I sometimes melancholically recall those days in my heart,
and I feel warmth, especially thanks to those ones who were with me,
my students, my mates, my friends.

LE GLORIE DI SCANNO - in viaggio da Pescara a Scanno
Ti va di venire con noi?
Un riassunto del tragitto da Pescara a Scanno per vederne le Glorie, in compagnia di GiGi, Ila, Katia e Dani.
A Scanno i rioni (Gardella, San Martino e La Plaia) si scannano tra loro per decretare chi ce l'ha più... luminosa, la Gloria...
Il paese è uno degli innumerevoli gioielli d'Abruzzo, e come molti di questi che sono ad oggi sconosciuti ai forestieri hanno invece attirato l'attenzione di sensibili personalità artistiche da Jodice a Cartier-Bresson, tanto da essere ribattezzata Città dei Fotografi che la immortalarono.

In questo periodo dell'anno (novembre), l'Abruzzo si riempie di punti luminosi,
a seconda dei luoghi vengono chiamate Farchie (a Fara Filiorum Petri), Faugni (ad Atri) ecc.
