Buckhorn camp on the Brule river
This is one of the screenhouses that was built for the fishing guides to use on the Brule river. Camping is not allowed at them, but an afternoon cookout is perfectly fine and relaxing.

Wind and Waves at the Lake Superior Mouth of the Bois Brule RIver
This is some footage I shot when visiting the mouth of the Bois Brule River in Douglas County, Wisconsin, where it empties into Lake Superior. It was a very windy day, and you can get a sense of how difficult paddling on Lake Superior can be. We were hoping to spot and/or catch some Steelhead waiting near the mouth to exit or enter the river.
