COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is something really intriguing about a beer that is light in color, yet still infused with huge aroma and flavor, isn’t there? It deceives the senses in a pleasant, yet completely surprising way; tasting great beer tends to be like that. So much of what we expect to taste, influences our opinion even before we actually do the tasting. Today, we ask that you set any preconceived notions aside so that you can take in the unexpected. A simple grain bill of pils, light crystal, and a bit of wheat, combined with a vigorous hop dosing of Mosaic and Simcoe make this beer just bookoo enough. Just don’t call it too bookoo!

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
KopiKat is a sumptuous rich dark delight of a coffee stout. This beer was decadently made with a blend of eight malts, US & British hops, muscavado sugar & four of the finest coffees known to mankind. With Kopi Luak coffee as the centrepiece, this coffee is the famous variety who’s beans pass through the digestive tract of the Indonesian ’Civet cat’, The enzymes in the gut of the cat change the nature of the bean making it less bitter & giving it a smooth flavour. Kopi Luak, blended with Jamaican Blue Mountain, Old Brown Java & Kenyan Peaberry coffees along with Madagascan Vanilla pods were steeped into the wort at the end of the boil. The coffee infusion on this beer is immense, dark roast bitterness & a healthy kick of hops prepare your palate for a big, sumptuous sweet creamy mouthfeel that rolls into a what can only be described as a long swirling smooth chocolate coffee vanilla marshmallow melt. As coffee stouts go, it’s the shit

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
“Yellow belly” — a person who is without courage, fortitude, or nerve; a coward.
To us, one of the most cowardly deeds is to act anonymously, hiding behind a group. A signifying trait of institutionalised racism.
This beer is brewed to celebrate all things new, open minded and progressive. A peanut butter biscuit stout with no biscuits, butter or nuts. Taste, enjoy, and don’t be prejudiced.

Brewed with Massive Melons
The collaboration between the Dutch Oersoep brewery and the Manchester-based Beermoth beer shop is the subject for today's Pint Sized. The Canta Lupulus promises 'massive melons' but does it deliver on the promise? We also respect a real firefighting hero, Fleur Lombard who was killed in a supermarket fire in Bristol, the first female firefighter to die in peacetime Britain. Oh, and because it is evening, I recorded this one at 50FPS so enjoy!
