Canoe camping on the murray river
We put in at the end of a gravel road off of Pinjarra williams rd and headed as far up river as we could.
We found our canoes weighed a ton when we where done loading then and carried them down to the river.
We canoed as far as we could.
Over four sets of rocks and streams untill on our fifth obstacle we came across a set to large to carry them round.
We camped the night in what was the only clearing we had found on the river banks and enjoyed the most peacefulll night ever.
Nothing but the birds and the sound of flowing water and a few fish splahing whe n they caught prey of the waters surface.
It was beautiful.
