Westfield Christmas lights East Sussex 2017
UFO filmed in Westfield near Hastings , Sussex
UFO filmed in Westfield , East Sussex . Beautiful hot day on the 2nd July 2017 , saw a dark craft in the sky and watched it travel slowly in my view . Filmed it on my phone but didn't get much footage due to the sun reflecting on the screen and couldn't see if I was in view so I literally only captured a couple of minutes . It wasn't until I slowed the film down by 90% when I noticed the 2nd craft travelling at great speed on the screen , too fast in realtime to see with the human eye and still quite difficult slowed down !
Quite a lot of activity has been seen around this area for some reason ?
Alien or governmental ? It can't be human the G force would kill a person ........unmanned definitely .
English Sparkling wine with Stilton
Move over Port, let's find an English wine to go with Stilton!
Hi my name's Rebecca Dunphy with an English alternative to Port. In summer I find Port too rich, alcoholic and sweet. And anyway why should we be drinking a Portuguese wine with our greatest British cheese, particularly when we have some excellent wines of our own? In a fit of patriotism I set myself the task of finding an English alternative and I have found the perfect match for Stilton - Carr-Taylors Vintage Fizz. Yes, it bears the name of the famous Taylor's Port, but this one comes from the village of Westfield in East Sussex.
It's made just like Champagne with the second fermentation in the bottle, but with fruitier more aromatic varieties that cope well with our cool and often wet climate. It has 3 years maturation on the yeasty lees (that' double the legal minimum in Champagne. The result is a fruity sweet (look at label) rich, creamy, vanilla and peach like fizz.
So let's try them together. Wow there's an explosiojn of the flavour. The salty blue tang would overpower most wines, but the rich fruity sweetness gives a delicious contrast and then the two fuse harmoniously. This isn't a handshake, more of a hug! Then the fizz works its magic and cleanses the palate almost like spring cleaning the taste buds. A dry red would taste bitter and fruitless, but this pairing brings out a creamy sweet nuttiness in each. This is a refreshing match for summer when you want something lighter, but also why not try it at Christmas too? A refreshing alternative after the Christmas pud and it's homegrown too.
Enjoy your Stilton Carr Taylor's Vintage fizz.

The Great Gildersleeve: Engaged to Two Women / The Helicopter Ride / Leroy Sells Papers
Premiering on August 31, 1941, The Great Gildersleeve moved the title character from the McGees' Wistful Vista to Summerfield, where Gildersleeve now oversaw his late brother-in-law's estate and took on the rearing of his orphaned niece and nephew, Marjorie (originally played by Lurene Tuttle and followed by Louise Erickson and Mary Lee Robb) and Leroy Forester (Walter Tetley). The household also included a cook named Birdie. Curiously, while Gildersleeve had occasionally spoken of his (never-present) wife in some Fibber episodes, in his own series the character was a confirmed bachelor.
In a striking forerunner to such later television hits as Bachelor Father and Family Affair, both of which are centered on well-to-do uncles taking in their deceased siblings' children, Gildersleeve was a bachelor raising two children while, at first, administering a girdle manufacturing company (If you want a better corset, of course, it's a Gildersleeve) and then for the bulk of the show's run, serving as Summerfield's water commissioner, between time with the ladies and nights with the boys. The Great Gildersleeve may have been the first broadcast show to be centered on a single parent balancing child-rearing, work, and a social life, done with taste and genuine wit, often at the expense of Gildersleeve's now slightly understated pomposity.
Many of the original episodes were co-written by John Whedon, father of Tom Whedon (who wrote The Golden Girls), and grandfather of Deadwood scripter Zack Whedon and Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly and Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog).
The key to the show was Peary, whose booming voice and facility with moans, groans, laughs, shudders and inflection was as close to body language and facial suggestion as a voice could get. Peary was so effective, and Gildersleeve became so familiar a character, that he was referenced and satirized periodically in other comedies and in a few cartoons.
