Visit the giant robot animals to explore how real animals work. The Robot Zoo is one of the most popular exhibits ever to tour science and natural history museums. This free exhibit for families features eight giant robot animals and hands-on activities.
Robot Zoo has amazed people worldwide having previously been at Parc du Futuroscope in France, The Swedish Museum of Natural History in Sweden and The Budapest Science Center. In the United States, the robots have visited the Museum of Science & Industry in Chicago, the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis and a multitude of other first-class museums across the country.
Some of the educational science standards that Evergreen Exhibits planned for this exhibit to highlight were the structure and function in living systems, diversity and adaptions of organisms and the abilities of technological designs.
School groups that would like to take a self-guided tour are asked to schedule their visit by contacting Candy Grzadziel at (847) 289-5818 or emailing cgrzadziel@gailborden.info. For more information, please visit gailborden.info/robotzoo.
