Last minute trip to Grand Cayman due to an AirBnb mishap in Miami.
So glad we went. Visited 7 mile beach, stingray city, Crystal Caves, and starfish point.
fyi I'd recommend staying at the Ritz or Westin.

Stingray City & Calico Jack's Beach Break Grand Cayman Island Day 3 Adventur of the Seas 12/4/18
Hands down the best Excursion we have ever done. We booked it through Royal Caribbean, and it took almost the entire day. So it was well worth the money. It gave us about an hour to shop in town before we had to get back onto the ship. The Stingrays were amazing, and the beach break was also great. I like booking through Royal Caribbean, it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. This way I know the boat will not leave without us if we were to break down out there in the stingray area. I think we got it for about $60 pp. on Cyber Monday. I don't think we could have done a better Excursion that day, the kids say that was the highlight of the entire week.
