Rab is an island in Croatia and a town of the same name located just off the northern Croatian coast in the Adriatic Sea.
The island is 22 km (14 mi) long, has an area of 93.6 km2 (36 sq mi) and 9,328 inhabitants (2011).
The highest peak is Kamenjak at 408 m.

Tourist Resort San Marino - Rab/Lopar, Kvarner Region, Croatia

Located in Lopar, it is approximately 12 km away from the center and the city of Rab. It is a larger tourist resort, particularly suitable for vacation due to the accommodation at 1.5 km long sandy beach known as “Rajska plaža“ (Paradise beach).
The offer consists of five air conditioned hotels which offer different types of accommodation. It is especially recommended for families with small children because here, in addition to swimming and sunbathing, the children can play on the sandy beach, or have fun with animation programs for children.
At the beaches, numerous restaurants and bars offer a variety of foods, beverages and desserts, as well as the opportunity for socializing and entertainment. Beaches are equipped with showers, and beach equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented.
Breakfast and buffet dinner are served in the air-conditioned restaurant San Marino, in the dining room on the first floor. Breakfast offers a wide selection of meals and beverages, a bio corner, as well as a large selection of bakery products, fruits and fruit juices.
