Would you like to cook with us?
Our home is only one station far from Taksim Square by Subway.
Our neighborhood Kurtulus (ancient name Tatavla) is one of the few that preserved its original social- ethnic composition since the 17 th century Ottoman period where Armenians, Jews, other Christians and Muslims are still living in peace together.
We start our day with a relaxing walk and shop our way through stopping at this little authentic shops run since generations.
On Saturdays we have the chance to shop at one of the 3 organic Bazaars of Istanbul.
...Time for a `çay`?
Let`s go home and drink our çay while we get to know each other in a cozy environment.
Then it's time to get to work...
Put on your aprons and let`s learn how to prepare 6 different dishes that we chose for you from Turkish Cuisine.
We cook in English, German and Italian...which do you prefer?
Curious to learn about Turkey?
Let`s chat about Turkish customs, traditions, perception of life of our people while we cook our way through. We are happy to share 25 years of Guiding experiences and 7 years of cooking experience with you.
Now it`s lunch time and strange noises from your stomachs echo in the kitchen.
Let`s set our `cilingir sofrasi` (???) together and share our meal along with a glass of Raki. Not to forget that drinking Raki has it`s own culture in itself that we will share with you. -raki illustrasyonu-
We seal our day with a delicious Turkish coffee and `Yolluk` (???)
We look forward to meet you!
Do you have a better plan?

KOBE BRYANT's TURKISH AIRLINES COMMERCIAL Flying Chef
Filmed at Southbay Studios in Los Angeles, the commercial was directed by Laurance Dunmore. The narrative focuses on Kobe's interaction with Turkish Airlines' famed Flying Chef aboard a long-haul flight. In a competitive exchange, Kobe and the chef dare each other to switch roles—Kobe as chef and chef as basketball player. The result is a light-hearted competition in which both realize the skill required of each other's professions.

Our fast food eatery location called TURCO at 43th Street on 9th Avenue is offering a variety of gyro sandwiches and falafel meals. We also sell ice cold beverages. Currently, our gyro sandwiches and falafel served in our in-house baked breads. Our clients are usually young professionals who order our food as packed meals for lunch or dinner.
At the second TURCO fast food location we plan to put up 3 gases operated gyro machines and would require a cash register, a small freezer, a falafel cooker, a soda vending machine and a gas operated frying griddle. The food would be manned by four employees.
