Canberra 4x4 - The Cotter
We explore the forest and pine plantations just south of the cotter dam along Paddys River Rd. On a clear day you can get some really nice views of the Dam itself, as well as Bullen Range. We found a few fun sections and also returned to some areas that had changed quite a lot since we had last been there. We finished the arvo on one of the steeper climbs but it went a bit pear shaped in the wet and slippery conditions which left us winching into the early evening.

I got a Chinese BBQ in Cotter campground yesterday. And I played my drone in this area, very nice place. The funny thing that was my done touched the electric line and fell down to the land and Vas ( vlog maker) found it and made a video about the air crash. Anyway, in bush Canberra, the cotter campground is worth to come!

30 minutes spent at our favourite spot on the Cotter River. We usually fish there using artificial Berkley Gulp Salmon Eggs.

Geehi Flats Campground - NSW
The Geehi Flats campground has large sites with firepits, picnic tables and drop toilets. There is a lovely creek running through the campground and there are camper sites as well as tent only sites. The day use area has a covered shelter and tables. There are lovely shady sites all along creek and there is plenty of room for everyone.
