La obra tuvo un costo de 35 millones de dólares y cuenta con capacidad para 15 mil aficionados.
La Casa del Juego Perfecto ha sido dotado con tecnología de punta en todas sus áreas, donde los equipos pueden prepararse en las mejores condiciones. Además, el terreno de juego fue construido bajo la supervisión de la Major League Baseball (MLB).

The Nicaragua National Football Stadium (Estadio Nacional de Fútbol) in Managua, Nicaragua, is home to the Nicaragua national football team. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by FIFA president Sepp Blatter, occurred on April 14, 2011. The first official game was a men's national team match featuring Nicaragua and Panama in a FIFA World Cup 2014 qualifying match, on September 6, 2011.

El nuevo y moderno Estadio Dennis Martínez construido como parte de la colaboración que tiene el gobierno de Taiwan con el gobierno de Nicaragua, dono los 36 millones de dolares para la construcción de este moderno estadio, con una capacidad de 15 mil personas sentadas y con todas las comodidades de un estadio de las grades ligas, el antiguo Estadio Dennis Martínez aun sigue en pie y se espera le hagan las remodelaciones para hacerlo de atletismo y otras disciplinas.
