Humpback Whale Near Campobello Island, September 1, 2009
I was heading over to Campobello from Casco Bay Island, just rounding the lighthouse at Head Harbour, when I decided to drift awhile with a bunch of whale watch boats. There quite a few humpbacks around, so I got out my camcorder and was filming the whales around us. Suddenly one surfaced just 10 feet off my stern. I spun around and filmed it as it surfaced a few more times while easing alongside my boat. Then it dove and showed me some tail.
Whale Watching with Sea Watch Tours in the Bay of Fundy Canada
360 Video Whale watching July 31, 2016 with Sea Watch Tours in the Bay of Fundy. We were fortunate to see Humpbacks, Minke, and Fin Backs. Also came across a school of Dolphins that followed the boat for a long time while they jumped out of the water and played in the wake. Lots of Porpoise, seals and sea birds were seen including Puffins. This was our second trip out with this outfit and all I can say is highly recommended! They are out of Seal Cove on Grand Manan Island New Brunswick Canada.

St. Andrews - Whale Watching Trip - Dolphins
Video from a whale watching trip off of St. Andrews (New Brunswick, Canada). There are many operators (businesses) in St. Andrews, all co-located on a single pier. We went on a fast boat trip operated by 'Fundy Tide Runners' - and have not regretted the choice! This company operates small fast boats - former rescue boats used by coast guard. These boats are extremely fast and powerful, but at the same time - very reliable and safe. The captain takes tourists far into the open Bay of Fundy - where they know whales can be seen. During this trip, we saw seals (harbour seals), dolphins and two Fin Whales. This short video is made during one stop near a school of dolphins.
31 Days of Blue Whales
Whale watching passengers aboard Captain Dave's Dolphin and Whale Safari in Orange County, California, get up close with multiple blue whales on 8/14/2012. August 14th marks the 31st day in a row that we have seen blue whales! It was an exceptional day with 20 blue whales seen. And to the delight of passengers several whales showed their tail flukes, a behavior exhibited by a small percentage of blues.

To our great delight, a Minke whale surfaced near us on our Seascape Kayak Tour near Simpsons Island.
Note: I laugh later in the video because someone jokingly said we would have to clean out a few kayaks after that surprise surfacing.
