Eagle Landing in Slow Motion - Eagles Flying, Ballymote, Ireland
Lothar and his team at Eagles Flying (Balymote, Ireland) gave us a great display of various birds of prey flying around and over our heads. Despite some rain which halted the display for ten minutes, it was one of the highlights of our trip along the west-coast. Well worth a visit and very educational. Captured hand-held using iPhone 6-plus in slo-mo mode.

It was incredible to get so close to the birds of prey that they'd rescued and to learn to much about them! This was the best place we went to on our trip!!

Great Spirit Bluff ~ Dozens Of Eagles Flying & Chasing One Another Over Mississippi River
There were at least three dozen eagles, juvies & sub adults on the Mississippi River drift lands. They are seen perching & flying - jockeying for position. One eagle catches a fish and several other eagles give chase to try and steal it - very exciting footage! Thank you for watching!

The nest box is located on a cliff-face near La Crescent, Minnesota, overlooking the Mississippi River. This cozy hideaway is where peregrine falcons Michelle (banded) and Newman (unbanded) nest with their offspring. Michelle laid four eggs for the 2018 season.
