The park is home to Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway, an 80-passenger cable car that takes visitors to the 4,080-foot summit of Cannon Mountain in under ten minutes. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of four states and Canada.

This was a great simple hike with lots to see in Franconia, NH. I shot this footage with my phantom 2 drone with my gopro 3 attached to it. I also took my drone on the top of Franconia ridge trail, but was in a very windy cloud the whole time.

NEW HAMPSHIRE- Our favorite things /// Mt Washington, Franconia Notch hiking- Adventure 24
We took an extended family trip to the beautiful White Mountains in New Hampshire. We stayed at an Airbnb in Lincoln, NH which was a great location to see and do everything we wanted to do. We hiked a beautiful trail in the Franconia Notch State Park, swam in beautiful lakes and rivers, and even drove to the top of Mt Washington. It's an outdoor adventurers dream!!! There is so much we did not get to see, including a moose, so we hope to go back and see more some day.

Cannon Mountain Aerial Tram Franconia Notch New Hampshire Skiing & Views of Mount Lafayette
Here are some scenes captured at Cannon Mountain Ski area in Franconia Notch New Hampshire. It was extremely cold on this Friday February 20th 2015. With tons of fresh snow, ski conditions were ideal. Riding the tram up the mountain is as much fun as skiing down the mountain. At the summit, there is a spectacular view of Mount Lafayette and other peaks in the White Mountain Range. You can warm up, get a drink and a bite to eat inside the lodge.

Franconia Notch State park is filled with attractions, the Canon mountain, the Echo lake, the Ski Museum and numerous trails to hike. Beautiful in the fall, its a must visit.
