We Went to the French Riviera (24 Hours in Nice, France)
After visiting Paris so many years ago we just knew that we wanted to return to France, and what better than heading to the French Riviera by spending a couple of days in Nice.
After finding one of the only cafe's open before 10am (which was perfectly placed right on the beach) we decided to head out and explore more the beautiful town.
Spots we saw
- Vieille Ville (Old Town)
- Promenade des Anglais
- Parc de la Colline du Château (Castle Hill Park)
- Jardin Albert I Statue
but after doing waay to much walking we decided to upgrade our transportation by hiring a top back blue convertible. We drove up to Le Fort du Mont Alban to get amazing views of the city.
After all this driving and walking we had worked up an appetite, so we tried some Nice street food in the form of Socca before grabbing an ice cream and catching the train over to Cannes for the Cannes film festival.

INCREDIBLE PIZZA TOSSING | FRENCH RIVIERA | OLD TOWN NICE | PARIS TO NICE
Dan and Chelle decide they won't be able to handle the cold in Switzerland, so they head south to the French Riviera. Nice, France is their stop and they enjoy some tripod photography and tasty pizza in the narrow streets of Old Town. They have an incredible pizza tossing chef that made the pizza dough and put on quite the show! Paris to Nice was a good idea!

The French Riviera has a special place in my heart. It was the very first foreign destination I’ve ever visited in my life – I was 14 years old and went on a camp to Cannes for 2 weeks and loved every bit of it.
This time I flew to Nice with my mum after visiting my parents in Poland. It was my first time in Nice and I loved it! We spent the first two days of our trip at Hyatt Regency Nice and went to the old town, had wine & hang at the beach. (The beach is pebble and not so pleasant, but the azur water is the prettiest in the entire French Riviera ????
Then, we had a day trip to Monaco and Monte Carlo – I recommend visiting the castle and the famous Monte Carlo casino (dress code is strictly obeyed). The views were spectacular!
We also took a day trip to Saint Tropez, which was my favorite 15 years ago and it was favorite on this trip. Cute little French streets made for perfect IG photos.

[EN] This scenic village is both picturesque and very historic. Èze is called an Eagle's Nest or Fortress on a hill because of its location overlooking a high cliff 427 metres above sea level on French Riviera. It's a wonderful stop-off between Monaco & Nice and it's one of the very best villages we have visited in Southern France. The old town of Èze is breathtaking - every corner of this village offers you a great photo/video opportunity. There are cobbled winding walkways through this quaint village. The entrance to the village is free but you must pay to visit the Le Jardin exotique d'Èze and to get to the summit with amazing views.
