Ben launches his canoe at the Mitchell Creek access for another night of solo camping and fishing in Frontenac Provincial Park. While paddling to campsite 7, he also does some fishing. Waking up to the beautiful scenery on the lake, he goes out for some more fishing, looking for a top-water bite.

Check out our latest 4k Nature Scene Apparently Frontenac Provincial Park has over 160km's of trails, here in Kingston Ontario. Well I got at least a few of those out of the way during this latest hike. Filmed using a GoPro Hero 5 Session. Enjoy :)

This video was filmed using the GoPro Hero 5 with a chest mount on a recent trip to Frontenac park. The provincial park is one of the nicest areas around for hiking and I recommend it to any outdoor enthusiasts. This particular trail is known as the Dedication Trail. The trail is broken into two sections, and the northern trail is featured in the video. The battery on the GoPro didn't last the full trip so the entire hike could not be included. Hopefully you enjoy what I was able to record!

Crotch Lake Site 70
Site 70 on Crotch lake in the North Frontenac Parklands in Ontario Canada.
The northern boat launch is accessible through South Bush road off of the 509 in Ompah, ON.
Site 70 is an easy paddle (around 1.6 km) from the boat launch on the north end of the lake.
There is a thunderbox nearby and easy access to the lake via a rock shoreline.

Flooding on Maple Drive, Verona, Ontario
Maple Drive in Verona has been flooding since at least Friday, April 11. By Sunday, April 13th, the road was completely flooded, and the water continues to gradually rise. While a problem for those of us who have to drive through this to get to and from home, it's an even bigger problem for the folks whose garage has been flooded, and whose house is threatened by this.
K&P Trail ~ Sept '14
A quick compilation of the K&P Trail located in Frontenac County, Ontario, Canada. This 9 km portion of the trail was cycled southbound from Bellrock Rd in Verona down to Colebrooke Rd in Harrowsmith. The music is Out of the Shadows by Opus Orange, which I first heard from the amazing documentary Mile...Mile & a Half. The video was shot handheld using the new Hyperlapse iOS app.
