North Buller Pass - Kananaskis Country, Alberta, Canada
The trail to North Buller Pass is shorter with less elevation but was abandoned in 1981 when the South Buller Pass trail was created. The North Buller trail is still navigable and offers incredible scenery through a spectacular valley. The North and South Buller Pass Loop is an outstanding hiking experience with awesome mountain, lake, and waterfall features. The Buller Burn has created surrealistic and unique scenery.
Day Hike Fullerton Loop K-Country.wmv
Another short day hike in the Eastern Slopes of the Canadian Rockies. Found out that 7 miles a day walking is good, but no way is it enough to tackle the hills. A 40 minute work out on the eliptical trainer every day has done wonders for my ability to get back into the bush.

COS Rides the Big Elbow/Little Elbow Loop (Kananaskis Country)
This is an adventure ride on the Big Elbow and Little Elbow Loop in Kananaskis Country SW of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Not a technical ride, but you'll encounter beautiful scenery, some elevation and have fun getting away from your car and civilization. About a 3 hour ride if you go non-stop, but you'll stop to take some pictures and video.

Baldy Pass Winter Hike, Kananaskis Alberta
March 19/2019
Today we will be hiking the Baldy Pass Trail in Kananaskis Country. This hike is 8.2 kilometers out and back and has an elevation gain of 514 meters. This is a family friendly hike, it starts off with a beautiful walk through the forest. Most of the elevation gain comes in the last kilometer, but it is nothing to hard. There were some beautiful views at the top.
