Mahatma Gandhi Samadhi rajghat in NEW DELHI
Raj Ghat is a memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Originally it was the name of a historic ghat of Old Delhi (Shahjahanabad) on the banks of Yamuna river. Close to it, and east of Daryaganj was Raj Ghat Gate of the walled city, opening at Raj Ghat on Yamuna River. Later the memorial area was also called Raj ghat. It is a black marble platform that marks the spot of Mahatma Gandhi's cremation, Antyesti (Antim Sanskar) on 31 January 1948, a day after his assassination. It is left open to the sky while an eternal flame burns perpetually at one end. It is located on the banks of the river Yamuna in Delhi in India on Ring Road officially known as Mahatma Gandhi Road. A stone footpath flanked by lawns leads to the walled enclosure that houses the memorial. All guests must remove their footwear before entering the Raj Ghat walls.

Birla House | Gandhi Smriti | Full | Vlog | New Delhi | Being Delhi | Xp Guide Suneil
Gandhi Smriti formerly known as Birla House or Birla Bhavan, is a museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, situated on Tees January Road, formerly Albuquerque Road, in New Delhi, India. It is the location where Mahatma Gandhi spent the last 144 days of his life and was assassinated on 30 January 1948. It was originally the house of the Indian business tycoons, the Birla family. It is now also home to the Eternal Gandhi Multimedia Museum, which was established in 2005.
The 12-bedroom house was built in 1928 by Ghanshyamdas Birla. Sardar Patel and Mahatma Gandhi were frequent guests of the Birlas. During his final stay, Mahatma Gandhi stayed here from 9 September 1947 to 30 January 1948 when he was assassinated. Jawaharlal Nehru wrote to Ghanshyamdas Birla seeking to turn part of the Birla House in to a memorial.
Visitors can tour the building and grounds, viewing the preserved room where Gandhi lived and the place on the grounds where he was shot while holding his nightly public walk. Gandhi was shot during his prayers at the place where Martyr's Column now stands.

Gandhi Smriti/Birla House New Delhi/India
Efsanevî lider Mahatma Gandhi'nin son günlerini geçirdiği ve suikaste uğrayarak öldüğü Birla House bugün bir müze olarak hizmet veriyor.İç kısımda yaptığım çekimlerde kameramı kapattığımı zannederek açık bıraktığımdan görüntüler tuhaf ama, bilhassa Gandhi'nin son günü anısına yapılmış animasyon filmin görünmesi açısından enteresan, zira bu kısımda çekim yapmak yasaktı. Tamamen yanlışlık eseridir, ayıklamadan öylece bıraktım...
