Grafton （格拉夫顿） 是位于新南威尔士州东北内陆的小镇，
距离悉尼约610公里车程，距离布里斯班约310公里车程
这个成立于1851年的小镇拥有许多历史建筑和绿树成荫的街道，尤其以蓝花楹树闻名，曾经被澳洲《旅行者》（Australian Travellor）杂志评为最美丽的十大澳洲城镇之一。
每年十月这里都会举办世界最著名的格拉夫顿蓝花楹节（Grafton Jacaranda Festival），这个季节整个小镇像被施了魔法，挂满紫色花朵的树枝层层叠叠，
地上则铺满了一地的紫色花瓣，花香阵阵，风起时紫花飞舞，落英遍地，美不胜收。
蓝花楹起源于南美，主要是巴西。
蓝花楹上有枣红色和白色的花朵，以及受欢迎的蓝紫红色，它的预期寿命长达200年。
1879年7月2日， Grafton 种子商人 HA Volkers 先生承包为 Grafton 种植树木。
在1880年代，他在镇上种植了数百棵蓝花楹。
几年前我们第一次来这里，那时还没开始拍视频，只是拍了一些照片，后来偶尔回看当时的照片都觉得很美好，所以这一次决定再拍摄几张可以经得起时间考验的照片，数年后再回看，也会记起今天的这片紫色。

BERMAGUI, NEW SOUTH WALES ON THE SAPPHIRE COAST
Locals and visitors to Bermagui swim in the pool or get out their binoculars for some whale watching. We caught sight of seals playing in the swirling pools of water near the iconic rock formations that look ancient with deep ruts carved into them.
The saphire green waters crashed against the rock face that lines this coastal region. The Blue Pool is a 'must see' Sapphire Coast attraction. Located off Pacific Drive at the base of a dramatic rocky cliff face.
Activities are snorkeling, whale watching and swimming for the whole family in the protected pool area.
Bermagui is a country town in New South Wales with cafes and restaurants for diners. It is an hour's drive from beautiful Merimbula with a pleasant coastal drive if you choose thst route.

Bushcare in Blacktown City
Have you ever thought about getting involved in your local community, meeting new people and helping the environment? Well Blacktown City Council can help you achieve these goals.
Currently, there are thirteen Bushcare groups made up of enthusiastic volunteers. New volunteers are always needed and wanted. No experience necessary, all you need is a passion for our environment and to turn up!
All Bushcare groups in Blacktown City are supported by Council through the provision of bush regeneration training, supervision, plants, tools, technical advice and information on grants and other special projects. Volunteers generally work for 3 hours, one weekend a month.
If you are interested in getting involved by joining a bushcare group or starting a new group in a park or reserve close to you, contact Council's Natural Areas Team on 9839 6000.
Avoca Beachside Markets Gets Going!
(Replacement) Brad Cardis and Bianca were sure a craft market could work at Avoca beach, given the success of the monthly produce market. Finally they convinced Gosford Council to let them try, and here you see how it turned out on Sunday, 28th November, 2010 .
I went along with my camera and filmed some of the stalls. There were too many to film them all and besides I needed to save some tape for the Silver Foxes.
