HOUSE PRICES SHOW 5 PER CENT RISE, HALIFAX DATA
Do you know what Halifax report says on House sales in line with five years average? The house you aim to buy will get 5% rise in on its face value in every three months, says Halifax reports. In other words, House prices are improving with a year-on-year 5% for the three months up to the end of April in contrast to 2018’s slow growth. The report shows how last February has recorded high growth figure owing to the high volume of property sales in London. Over the past decade, annual house price growth has seen an average rise of 4.3 percent each year. Though UK monthly sales remain steady, Bank of England figures showed 4.6% fall in mortgage approvals. According to Finance brokers Hank Zarihs Associates-
1. House Market Resilience is positive news for the property market.
2. But house prices will rise only 1 percent over this year as they will be still expensive relative to consumer incomes.
