We took the Beginner Trail ride for $100rm/Pax for 1 Hour. I felt like it was definitely worth it. The experience was raw and it was a total adventure with the muddy and wet surface area. It was difficult for us but then we managed to make it through the waterfall at the end!

Bus Mission from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, Malaysia (Travel Vlog 18)
Our bus journey from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, Malaysia.
There are few different transportation options from Kuala Lumpur to Penang island but as a budget traveler, I decided to choose the cheapest option to save money.
One of the quickest and straightforward travel option to Penang island from Kuala Lumpur is by train but we decide to have a bus trip to Penang, Malaysia and share it with the next budget traveler.
Before we said goodbye to Kuala Lumpur we went to exchange money and eat a nice Indian meal.
When we were all ready we start our journey to Penang, Malaysia. Although we take a wrong metro line to the bus stop we eventually arrive at the bus stop and take the first bus to Penang, Malaysia.
When we arrive at the Butterworth Bus Terminal we take the ferry to Penang island.
It was a long trip with ups and downs. We end up not saving much but it was a nice travel day from Kuala Lumpur to Penang.
I didn't realize how long it would take to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Penang. The ferry portion was easy, as was the initial train, the only long part was the 5 hours bus journey covering the most distance from KL to Penang, Malaysia.
We left Kuala Lumpur bound for Georgetown, Penang. It was meant to be a simple metro train to the bus station, however, we got accidentally got on the wrong train!
If you want to find out how to get from Kuala Lumpur to Penang by bus keep watching and you will find all the travel information you need.

Travel vlogs focus more on my life. Both I and my girlfriend are travel vlogger, to be able to travel as long as possible we have a really tide travel budget. In these travel vlogs you can find out more about my travel lifestyle and day to day living as a traveller.
ABOUT ME
My name is Djahit Onbashi but everybody knows me as Jay Jay. I am a travel vlogger. Nor I or my girlfriend are wealthy, we simply work for few months save money and budget travel until we run out of money and repeat it again.
I grow up in a community that pressured me to have a regular job and live a safe life although there is nothing wrong with that it was not for me. I could not find happiness in a routine lifestyle. At first, I tried to be businessman believing money and success would fulfill my life but soon I lost the control of my work-life balance and decide to change my life plan and start travelling the world.
I did not know what was the right path for me so I decided to go to Australia with work and travel visa. That was one of the best decision I have made. I have been on many holidays and trips before but this was my first travel experience. I learned surfing, get into traveller community and had a road trip from Perth to Sydney.
Although travelling let me see lots of amazing things and experience incredible moment it was not them that make me fall in love with full time travelling. It was seeing regular things but still feeling joy, facing problems and turning them to good memories to look back to.
After travelling full time for a year and falling in love with traveling. I decided to make travel films to share information about travel destinations and holiday attractions so the next person has an easier path. I also wanted to share my travel journey with my travel vlogs to prove that you don’t have to be rich to be a travel around the world. You can simply budget travel.
So far I have travel guide, travel film, travel vibe & travel vlog videos about Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Turkey, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, and new travel vlogs & travel guide videos are coming every week.

You Won't Believe This Is Malaysia!! ► Travel Vlog
Join me, Vivi, in my trip around the world! This 'episode' my new friend Joe and I visit Taman Negara National Park and the Cameron Highlands!
(If you've been following along, you'll notice I was supposed to go to China next. I have been to China, Phillipines and indonesia since my last video however my laptops SDD has been damaged and I may have lost the footage from those countries, hopefully not, but we will see. In the meantime enjoy the footage I do have!)
Leaving from Kuala Lumpar it takes about 3 hours by bus/van to reach Kuala Tembeling, where you board a boat that will take you on a leisurely ride up the river to Taman Negara. We stayed at Danz eco resort, which actually is easy to get to if you take thier shuttle! Turns out they have an office in town, if you check in there they can drive you down to the resort. The second night we stayed in town at Wild Lodge, which had a great location. The floating restaurants were my favourite part of going to Taman Negara! Well priced and delicous with heaps of vegan options!
You can follow this article to get to Taman Negara;
We used the articles recommended travel company Han Travel.
To get to Cameron Highlands, we booked through Danz eco office in town.
To get back to Kuala Lumpur we used CH travel, who have an office in Cameron Highlands. If you would like to explore more of Malaysia from Cameron Highlands you could also take a bus up to Penang for example.
You could take local buses instead of travel agencies however they tend to take longer and are less comfortable.
We took our tour of the Cameron Highlands with Eco Cameron who I would highly reccomend, and they have great reviews online.

Nice lift - with a beep on the buttons too. The cab is standard, i've seen it so many times it gets a bit old. It's also too dark.

Oh yeah, bayaran masuk cuma RM2.00 untuk dewasa and Rm1.00 untuk kanak - kanak. Tempat barbeque dah disediakan, so korang juz kena bawak grill and bahan masakan jelah. Eh, fire starter jangan lupa.
Better pergi weekdays sebab kurang sikit orang and yang girls boleh la mandi manda, if ramai sangat orang, tak elok pulak girls nak main air kat situ.

Mangrove Tour in Bintan, Indonesia (Lagoi) in a Speed Boat
Try it out when you're in Indonesia:
Bintan Mangrove Tour:
The one hour tour takes you on a nature encounter with Bintan’s rich mangrove forests. Journey through Sebung River and enjoy the flora and fauna of Mother Nature. Our experienced and knowledgeable guides will educate guests on how the mangroves are created and the importance of mangrove trees in the eco-system for the maintenance and sustainability of clean water.
The mangroves play host to a variety of exotic wildlife. Some of the shy wildlife includes the macaque and silver leaf monkeys, monitor lizards and mangrove snakes. If you are lucky enough, you will be able to see snakes sleeping in the branches right above you and even monkeys swinging through the trees. Marine life fills the riverbed including, mudskippers, crabs, mud lobsters, snails and clams amongst many others. Towards the end of the river, the guide will also share the different uses of the plants found in the mangrove such as weaving of hats or building of roofs.
Admire locals as they go about their daily lives in the mangrove. Catch a glimpse of Orang Lauts (sea gypsies), their homes built on stilts (kelongs) and a traditional charcoal kiln that is dysfunctional now. Static fishing traps can also be seen along the river which fishermen use for their catch for the day.
