Hotel Review - Budget Hotel in JB Johor Bahru near City Square shopping mall ( MELDRUM HOTEL )
Today i gonna review the hotel named MELDRUM HOTEL located in No. 1, Jalan Siu Nam (Meldrum), Johor Bahru - City Center, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, 80000.
first of all the location of the hotel is very good and convient for travelers because it is near the town and also it is near the custom immigration to the singapore. Beside that it is also located near the Johor Bahru City Square shopping mall that you can spent half day shopping at the shopping mall if you like to shopping because the shopping mall is huge! it is also near to danga city mall and merlin tower. At the weekend night near it also have a night market called bazaar karat where mostly the things they sold there is local and the foods there are all halal.
In the video, my room is considered as standard room exclude breakfast as the price is around RM 120. As you can see the room it self got a lot of space and not so small. The room looks clean, tidy and new too. From the outside of the hotel, it may looks a bit old but inside the room it is quite new and nice.
Stalls can be easily found nearby the hotel as the are some stall that open from the morning to the late night of 1-2 am in the midnight.
Let's talk about the negative poin, first because there are a lot of stalls that selling at night just infront or outside of the hotel so, even in the midnight around 12 am you can still hear from the outside people are cooking, talking and drinking. So you might find it a bit noisy for you to sleep.
Second, the channels of the television are just a few maybe around 7-10 channels only. so you don't actually have a lot of choice to watch when you're in the hotel at night.
Overall it is nice and i will definitely come back here if i'm going to JB and i will also recommended to my friends and family.

Hari ini saya akan mengulas hotel bernama MELDRUM HOTEL yang terletak di No. 1, Jalan Siu Nam (Meldrum), Johor Bahru - Pusat Kota, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, 80000.
pertama-tama lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus dan nyaman untuk pelancong karena dekat kota dan juga dekat dengan imigrasi kebiasaan ke singapura. Selain itu juga terletak di dekat pusat perbelanjaan Johor Bahru City Square yang Anda dapat menghabiskan setengah hari berbelanja di pusat perbelanjaan jika Anda suka berbelanja karena pusat perbelanjaan sangat besar! juga dekat dengan mal kota danga dan menara merlin. Pada akhir pekan malam dekat itu juga memiliki pasar malam yang disebut bazaar karat di mana sebagian besar barang-barang yang mereka jual di sana adalah lokal dan makanan di sana semuanya halal.
Dalam video, kamar saya dianggap sebagai kamar standar tidak termasuk sarapan karena harganya sekitar RM 120. Seperti yang Anda lihat kamarnya sendiri punya banyak ruang dan tidak begitu kecil. Kamarnya juga terlihat bersih, rapi dan baru. Dari luar hotel, ini mungkin terlihat agak tua tetapi di dalam ruangan itu cukup baru dan menyenangkan.
Kios-kios dapat dengan mudah ditemukan di dekat hotel karena ada beberapa kios yang buka dari pagi hingga larut malam 1-2 pagi di tengah malam.
Mari kita bicara tentang poin negatif, pertama karena ada banyak kios yang menjual di malam hari tepat di depan atau di luar hotel jadi, bahkan di tengah malam sekitar jam 12 pagi Anda masih dapat mendengar dari orang luar sedang memasak, berbicara dan minum. Jadi Anda mungkin merasa agak berisik untuk tidur.
Kedua, saluran televisi hanya beberapa mungkin sekitar 7-10 saluran saja. jadi Anda sebenarnya tidak punya banyak pilihan untuk ditonton ketika Anda berada di hotel pada malam hari.
Secara keseluruhan bagus dan saya pasti akan kembali ke sini jika saya akan ke JB dan saya juga akan merekomendasikan kepada teman dan keluarga saya.

So our family decided to have short trip to Johor Bahru before the start of the semester! We searched for hotels online and Holiday Villa was the one that caught our eye within our budget. The hotel looks as good as the photos shown on the official website. We left with no regrets :)
