The Natural bridge is a rock formation out from the main wall with a giant hole in it created by the continuous lashing waves over the years. The wall alongside bore the brunt of Tsunami and protected Neil Island from devastation. In the far corner another natural bridge formation is underway. The bridge is also known as Howrah Bridge locally, a name given in jest by the Bengali settlers for whom the Howrah Bridge in Kolkata was the ultimate marvel.

HOWRAH BRIDGE OF NEIL ISLAND IN ANDAMAN
Nature Queen Neil Island famous for live Elements and beautiful Natural Bridge
Natural Bridge of Corals (Howrah Bridge) in Neil Islands | Places to see in Andaman Islands
Natural Bridge, also popular as the Howrah Bridge, is situated on Neil Island. The name Howrah Bridge was given by the local Bengalis.
This is one of the best creations of nature. The approach to Natural bridge is through a small hamlet and lined by tall Mahua trees. Once you reach the shore, after a minute's walk on the sand, you have to walk on the rocks. You can see crabs as well as octopus, if you are lucky, in the shallow water pools. The best time to visit this is at low tide.

ANDAMAN || NEIL ISLAND || NATURAL BRIDGE
This video is the part of ANDAMAN SERIES.
Howrah Bridge/Natural Bridge, Neil Island
andaman and Nicobar Iceland / tour day 5 /Neil Island , Laxmanpur Beach & Natural rock Bridge
Neill Island is an island of the Andaman Islands, located in Ritchie's Archipelago. It belongs to the South Andaman administrative district, part of the Indian union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.[6] the island lies 36 km (22 mi) northeast from Port Blair.
History[edit]
Neill Island was uninhabited until the arrival of settlers in the late 1960s. Like Havelock, the vast majority of settlers at Neill were refugees from erstwhile Bangladesh, following the exodus of Hindu Bangladeshis prior to that country's war of independence in 1971.Geography[edit]
The island belongs to the Ritchie's Archipelago and is located between Havelock Island and Rose Island. It is a comparatively flat island, and much of the landmass was deemed suitable for paddy cultivation. Unfortunately, as a result of this, very little forest cover remains at Neil, and almost all of it is concentrated in the reserve forest on Neil's north-western side. Neill island tends to remain a degree or two warmer than Havelock as a result of the lack of forest cover. The island is not without charm however, but it is a different, pastoral sort of charm that the island offers.

Natural Bridge - Neil Island | Andaman | Tamil Vlog| Sivapuranam
The famous natural bridge also called Howrah bridge is a rock bridge naturally formed in the shores of lakshmanpur beach 2 in Neil Island.
You can approach the bridge when sea has gone far from the shore, and something very special I found there was the fishes and corals inside the small holes on the shore. The water is crystal clear you can see everything with naked eye, and man it gives a tough for those who spend money on underwater activities to enjoy the same view.
