Kurogi no Ofuji Wisteria, Yame City Fukuoka - 黒木の大藤●福岡県八女市 - Japan As It Truly Is
Everyone raves about the cherry blossoms in Japan - but far fewer know about its close rival - the gorgeous wisteria season as well.
There are not as many large places like Kurogi no Ofuji to see the beautiful wisteria, which normally comes out around the end of April and enjoyed through early May. Two of the most famous are the Ashikaga Flower Park in Tochigi, and the Kawachi Fujien in Kitakyushu - but both are overrun by huge crowds. Kurogi no Ofuji is still a much less known festival or Matsuri, and you don't have to swim through an ocean of people. Like Kawachi Fujien, the wisteria covers about 3000 square meters. The beautiful wisteria makes up part of Susano Shrine.
Kurogi no Ofuji also has a long history, with some trees over 600 years old.

福岡県八女市黒木町の樹齢600年以上の大藤が鮮やかに咲き誇ります
国の天然記念物に指定されている、樹齢600年以上を誇る黒木大藤の開花に合わせたイベントが開催されています
黒木大藤がある素盞嗚神社の境内で優雅に垂れ下がる藤の花房が幾重にも連なり美しいお花が見ることができます
4月15日(月)には、大願成就を込めて藤の根元にお神酒を注ぐ神事「藤の花神酒召せの式典」(10:30開式)が執り行われます
期間中は黒木の特産品や季節野菜、芋まんじゅう、だご汁などを販売する「大藤まつり物産展」を開催されています
さらに18:30から22:00までライトアップを実施し、夜の大藤を幻想的に演出されてるので見応えがあります

地元保存会や関係者の皆様により大切に育てられ、満開の時期に藤まつりが開催されます
昨年に引き続き、隣接するみやま市の「清水山ぼたん園」との花観覧合同企画として、大藤とぼたん園を結ぶシャトルバス（無料）が運行されています

The world-famous Kawachi Wisteria Garden. It first gained renown when an overseas website introduced it as a superb scenic spot in 2012. This privately-run wisteria garden, well known to the cognoscenti, became a popular spot in the twinkling of an eye on SNS. The peak period is around early May. Some 22 kinds of wisteria bloom here in such strikingly beautiful forms as a 110-m tunnel and an arbor of about 3,300 m2. On our program, you’ll see Natallia Shandrykava of Belarus visiting the garden in April of last year.

Trong rất nhiều công viên hoa tử đằng ,công viên Kawachi ở Fukuoka là công viên hoa tử đằng được kênh CNN đánh giá là một trong những công viên hoa đẹp nhất thế giới,ở Nhật dù trên các tỉnh thành đều có công viên hoa tử đằng ,nhưng công viên kawachi ở fukuoka vẫn được đánh giá là công viên đẹp nhất và đáng phải đi một lần trong đời.
Công viên này được làm trên một ngọn núi,những cây hoa tử đằng nhiều màu sắc được bàn tay các nghệ nhân làm vườn uốn nặn,tạo thành các đường hầm hoa tuyệt đẹp.
Còn chần chờ gì nữa,hãy cùng mình khám phá công viên hoa này nhé!
Cách đi đến công viên hoa :
*Từ ga Hakata đây là ga trung tâm của FUkuoka di chuyển bằng tàu đến nhà ga Yahata ,ra khỏi nhà ga Yahata thì quẹo sẽ có bus miễn phí đi đến công viên KAWACHI .

樹齢約300年になる福岡県指定天然記念物中山大藤です。
2017年 5月1日 福岡県柳川市三橋町の中山大藤まつりに行った時の様子です。
Wisteria Festival at Kameido Tenjinsha （亀戸天神社 藤まつり）
Kameido-Tenjinsha is a shrine located in Kameido,Tokyo .
This shrine is dedicated to Sugawara Michizane,and well known as The God of learning.
From the end of April, wisteria more than 100 shares in the precincts will begin to bloom all at once.
By overlooking from the top of the arched bridge, you can look down from above the surface of a wisteria trellis.
It is famous place of wisteria from the Edo period, visited by many tourists .
Trip report: Kita Kyushu, Yame, Arita, Takachiho, Miyazaki, Yanagawa

They visited Kita Kyushu and were lucky enough to get the timing exactly right for wisteria blooming at Kawachi Wisteria Garden. It's always hit and miss (who can predict nature?) but as you can see they were bang on time.
You can probably tell from the video that these guys love their food and drink! You can see them doing a sake (Japanese rice wine) tasting which we arranged for them at an historic sake brewery here on Kyushu. They were lucky enough to be escorted on a free of charge private tour. It's a great chance to see how Japanese sake is still produced at a traditional brewery, to do some tasting and then pick up a bottle or two of the one you fancy.
You can see we included (at their request) several places serving the highest quality Wagyu beef from Kyushu. They specifically asked us to include in their itinerary a chance to sample the renowned 'Miyazakigyu' (highest quality beef produced in the Kyushu prefecture of Miyazaki).
They also requested to see some of Kyushu's stunning countryside Up. On the video you can see a couple of photos of the picturesque Takachiho Gorge, the beautiful wide open spaces of Aso, and a wonderful sunset in Obama (that's the town, not the president!).
I told you these guys love their food, right? In addition to all the beef, you can see that they spent time in a teppanyaki restaurant, experienced a traditional Japanese charcoal barbecue and Kyushu's most famous dish - Ramen noodles!
Not only did they get their timing right for wisteria blooming but also for the famous Arita Pottery Fair. It's held for one week in May and despite its popularity we arranged for them to stay in a hotel right in the centre of the action!
At the end of the video you can see they took a romantic ride down the river serenaded by the boatman. Beat that Venice!
