A recreational park right on the entryway to Tokyo Bay. There are so many things to do at this park: camping, barbecuing, lounging, playing at the beach, watching the planes fly overhead to land at Haneda airport, fishing, watching the cargo ships passing by, skate park, dog park.
With all the planes flying overhead, not sure if you would get any sleep while camping here.

It's not usually as crowded as in the video, but it just to happened that Air Force One was landing at Haneda airport as Trump came into town. Got to see some of the top airplane photographers with their huge lenses out in action.

How to Get to Jonanjima Seaside Park (Airplane Photo Spot) from Nearest BusStop 最寄りバス停から城南島海浜公園への行き方
Jonanjima Seaside Park is a seaside park located at the end of Jonajima in Ota-Ward, Tokyo, Japan.
There are campground, dog run, barbecue facilities, sandy beach, fishing area and a skateboard plaza.
With planes flying in and out of Haneda Airport literally roaring over your head,
Jonanjima Seaside Park is a popular attraction to airplane fans
You can see airplanes take off and land in Haneda Airport.
Airplanes change their airport runway depending on the wind direction.
This time I could see the airplanes taking off.
But I couldn't see the landing.
Access to the park is possible by only one bus line from the following stations.
Bus company is Keikyu Bus (Line : Mori 32)
The nearest bus stop is Jonanjima 4-chome.
