Dort wurde das Musikvideo für das Lied Real Existence von Band-Maid gedreht.
Meine Aufnahmen vor Ort entstanden am 22.05.2017.
Diese sehr sehenswerte Tempelanlage liegt etwas versteckt.
Man muss ein bisschen suchen, um sie zu finden.

Ueno is a popular district located east of Tokyo city in Japan. Well known for its gigantic park, Ueno is also very visited for its Ameya yokochô neighborhood and its many shopping alleyways.
On the right is the outlying area of Asakusa and Senso-ji Temple.
Between the two, one can discover a typical residential district of Tokyo, long endless streets and tall buildings, sometimes with some small discrete passages and hidden parks.
On the left, you can walk in the Yanaka district, one of the most peaceful areas of Tokyo, with its huge cemetery, narrow streets and discreet houses.
Ueno is in our opinion one of the best places to find cheap accommodation, the presence of the Yamanote line allows us to go around Tokyo for free with the JR Pass, and we can leave from the airport easily via Keisei Ueno Station and his line Skyliner. From Ueno, you can reach in a few minutes to the south the district of Akihabara and Tokyo, and in the other direction Nippori (the district of the cheap textiles) then of course Shinjuku and all the other known stations of Tokyo (Harajuku , Shibuya etc.).
The residential area of Ueno is therefore an ideal base, away from the crowds but whose rail service makes it very accessible and allows to quickly reach the most fashionable areas of the capital.

VLOG 146: EXPLORING MEJI-JINGU TEMPLE, IMPERIAL PALACE, & TOKYO TOWER!
As sad as it was to leave Tokyo Disney Resort it was incredible to see a lot of really cool Japanese history! We started our day off by getting up at 5am, then taking a hour train to Shibuya. We explored the temple of Meji-Jingu, which was absolutely incredible. We then went over to the Imperial Palace, which probably would've been better if it wasn't so cold. We also were able to visit Tokyo Tower, which was breath taking, even with the cloudy weather.

奈良公園（ならこうえん）は、奈良県奈良市にある都市公園である。国の名勝。
太政官布達により明治13年（1880年）2月14日開園。大部分が国有地で、奈良県が無償で借用し管理している。都市公園としての正式名称は「奈良県立都市公園 奈良公園」といい、総面積は502ヘクタール。周辺の興福寺、東大寺、春日大社、奈良国立博物館、なども含めると総面積はおよそ660ヘクタール（東西約4キロメートル、南北約2キロメートル）に及ぶ。通常はこの周辺社寺を含めたエリアを奈良公園と呼ぶ。
公園内には多くの国宝指定・世界遺産登録物件が点在し、年間を通じて日本国内のみならず外国からも多くの観光客が訪れ、日本を代表する観光地の一つとなっている。
奈良の大仏や鹿（約1100頭）は国際的にも有名で、奈良観光のメインとなっており、修学旅行生の姿も多く見られる。東大寺修二会やなら燈花会、正倉院展、春日若宮おん祭など古都ならではの見ごたえのある行事も数多い。春には桜の名所として、日本さくら名所100選に選定されており、浮見堂周辺で花見を楽しむ人も多い。
塀・柵・門などがなく入園料も不要なのでどこからでも、いつでも（365日・24時間）散策することができる。なお、文化財保護法に基づいて指定された「名勝奈良公園」の範囲は「県立都市公園奈良公園」の範囲とは異なっている。
Nara Park (奈良公園 Nara Kōen?) is a public park located in the city of Nara, Japan, at the foot of Mount Wakakusa, established in 1880. Administratively, the park is under the control of Nara Prefecture. The park is one of the Places of Scenic Beauty designated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). Over 1,200 wild sika deer (シカ or 鹿 shika) freely roaming around in the park are also under designation of MEXT, classified as natural treasure. While the official size of the park is about 502 hectare, the area including the grounds of Tōdai-ji, Kōfuku-ji, and Kasuga Shrine, which are either on the edge or surrounded by Nara Park, is as large as 660 ha.
Jinrikisha (人力車, or rickshaw) services can be found near the entrances to popular sites as Tōdai-ji or Kōfuku-ji.
While Nara Park is usually associated with the broad areas of the temples and the park proper, previously private gardens are now open to public. These gardens make use of the temple buildings as adjunct features of their landscapes.
The park is home to the Nara National Museum and Todai-ji, where the largest wooden building in the world houses a 50' tall statue of Buddha.

Temple ground is huge. Probably as big as Kyoto's Kiyomizu. It has a matching breathtaking view once you reach the top of Nigatsudo but it's free! Drop by if you happen to visit Nara Park for the deers. It's just right next to the park.
