Kelly Hill Caves Kangaroo Island
Kelly Hill Caves
Something a bit different this week; we are going underground. This is a short video of our venture into the the Kelly Hill Caves on Kangaroo Island. A fascinating trip through this fascinating geological feature on the island and these caves are one of 200 so limestone caves around the world.
Best watched in HD.
As always just having a bit of fun and sharing the sites of South Australia that we have visited.

Kelly Hill Caves - Kelly Hill Caves Kangaroo Island
Kelly Hill Caves are a great place to visit while you are enjoying your holiday on Kangaroo Island. Kelly Hill Caves also offer an adventure tour but this is available by appointment only. The surroundings makes it a great place to stop and have lunch while you are touring around Kangaroo Island.
Vlogging Done Bad at Kelly Hill Caves, Kangaroo Island
My family and I went for a short hike near to the Kelly Hill Caves on Kangaroo Island - the 'Burgess Hike and May Walk. I thought my video technique was going to look awesome. It did not. So I created a secondary vlog and cut them together into it. It looks better. Now it has some humor. The end was fun to find just the right music to match that scene!
PS: There is no Part 2.

MUST WATCH IF YOUR'E PLANNING A VISIT OR THINKING ABOUT VISITING..!
We travelled to kangaroo island, where we spent some time on the beaches and doing some of the islands adventurous activities.
We arrived on kangaroo island and went straight to our hotel, we only spent 3 days here and wanted to fit as much in as possible. Our first adventure was the quad bike rides, we booked our tour through kangaroo island outdoor action.
We went for the 2 hour ride as i wasn't sure if my partner would enjoy the 3 hour one. then we made our way to kelly hill caves, which is a 10 minute drive from the quads on the south part of kangaroo island, this was an incredible experience, and definitely worth paying the extra $50 for the private 2 hour tour, you make your way of the path and go crawling the ducks and crannies, but definitely isn't for the faint hearted as some parts required a bit of breathing in.
our second day was spent driving around Kangaroo Island and visiting as many beaches as possible.
We spent time at Admirals Arch where you can find lots of the islands seal life.
Remarkable Rocks which was a great spot to get some good snaps.
Weirs Cove, which looks incredible from up near the old house on the cliff.
Stokes Bay, which you have to walk through about 50M of rocky tunnels until you reach the most beautiful secluded beach, definitely worth a look.
After living in South Australia for so long and never visiting this place, i would now strongly recommend it to everyone and anyone i meet, Kangaroo Island is full of friendly people and the wildlife is incredible, I've never seen so much wildlife literally flowing onto the roads at night!! Brilliant. (just be careful driving at dusk.)
