Kep Butterfly Garden
I just left Angkol Beach, driving another 22km. to Kep town in Kep Province, Cambodia. I intended to go to Kep beach but I just drove west to the independent monument and Kep museum then I realized that there's a small place to visit, it's called Kep Butterly Garden. It's new to me as I've never heard of it before. I just drove along the path to the hill following some guys to the butterfly garden. It's a beautiful garden and a big cage of different species of butterflies, if we notice them. We need to pay 2000riel (USD 0.50) for Cambodian to visit. Foreigner is $2 for adult and $1 for children to visit the butterfly garden. I walked in and looked around, it's a beautiful place with a tall wooden building, if we go up there, we can see the surrounding. I just walked into the butterfly net-cage to see and count the butterflies. I can't count cuz they don't come and stay still for me to count, I just trying to sneak around and film them as much as I can. They have kiosks around the butterfly net-cage serving foods (Lunch, i guess) and drinks. The butterfly garden here is new to me but it opens long time ago. It's a beautiful place and enjoy different kinds, color butterflies in Kep.
