Kitesurf trip to discover the Dutch Caribbean Island of Aruba.
This trip was one of the best trips I had.
Warm weather, good wind, great kite conditions.

9 Days in Aruba - Kitesurfing in the Caribbean
9 days in Aruba discovering this beautiful island in the middle of the Caribbean. Our trip was Mid-, End of August 2019, We had an amazing weather and wind every day in the main spots. We filmed at the end of the trip which is why it seems a little bit more cloudy.
Our favorite spots in this order were: Grapefield Beach (close to Boca Grandi) with shallow waters. Boca Grandi (a little bit of swell but nice constant on shore wind), Baby beach (you have to arrive at 7am before the tourists come here to spend the day), Fisherman Huts (beautiful place but super gusty). If you are looking to practice yoga give island yoga a try - their lessons were awesome! Best Acai Bowl in the kisland - Eduardo's Shack. Best Bowl - Happy Bowl.

Aruba Kiteboarding Trip Getaway
I had to find some warm weather and grab some kiting time. I loved my four quick days to explore the best kiting spot in Aruba - Boca Grandi Beach. I stayed AirBNB for an inexpensive and close proximity location. Surprisingly, Aruba is easy to get to....thanks Southwest.

Kite Spot Review: Aruba
This little gem of the Caribbean is pretty much kitesurfing heaven. The wind here is year-round reliable, not just the normal winter trade winds. The water is crystal clear and the beaches are beautiful as well. In the north you have a huge offshore flatwater playground, but with gusty wind from the overland wind and all the big hotels. Aruba's clear blue water and constant trade winds make it one of the premier spots in the world for wind sports, so of course when we were down there shooting a few months ago, I had to get some shots with some pros who were in town. I think we got some pretty epic footage. :)
