Cette entreprise emblématique de Dijon tourne une nouvelle page de son histoire. Depuis juillet 2016, Mulot & Petitjean dispose d'une extension de 1000 m² destinée au stockage et aux expéditions. Ce n'est que la première étape d'un projet beaucoup plus vaste.
La maison Mulot & Petitjean, le célèbre fabricant de pain d'épices dijonnais, poursuit son développement. Fondée en 1796, cette entreprise familiale s'est lancée dans un vaste programme de travaux. Depuis juillet dernier, sa surface de production a doublé. À côté de la fabrique historique située boulevard de l'Ouest, une extension de 1000 m² destinée au stockage, arrivages et expéditions a été créée. Cela permet de mieux gérer le flux de marchandises.

This Easy Coq Au Vin is one of my favorite French recipes:
In your Le Creuset in Meringue on medium heat
Add 1-2 tbsp butter
Brown 4 bone-in, skin on Chicken Thighs and 2 Drumsticks, pre-seasoned with Salt and Pepper. I'm browning mine 3 at a time to prevent steaming. Set aside when done.
In the same pot add
3 chopped slices of bacon. Cooke 3-5 minutes then add
1/2 chopped onion
1 cup sliced cremini mushrooms
3 cloves minced garlic
saute another 5 minutes
add 1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 1/2 cups Dry White Wine
Deglaze, mix. Then add the chicken back into the Dutch oven
1 Sprig on Thyme
1 bay leaf
and a pinch of salt
1/2 cup heavy Cream
Bring everything back to a boil cover, and simmer for 30 minutes until the Chicken is fall-apart tender.
Serve with fresh parsley over buttered egg noodles.

Apple beer & cheese soup
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1Tablespoon of ghee or olive oil
1 medium sweet onion
1 large honey crisp apple
1 large potato
1 garlic clove minced
1C Apple cider (forgot to show this in the video)
2C chicken broth (or chicken stock)
12 oz of fall beer
1C milk
2C shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar (plus more for garnish)
1/2Tablespoon Worcestershire
2teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon red hot sauce
Salt to taste
Lemon orzo soup:
Serves 4
Ingredients
1Tablespoon olive oil
1 small medium onion diced
2 stalks of celery diced
2 medium carrots diced
3/4C orzo
1 large clove of garlic minced
1/4C lemon juice (about 3 large lemons)
Zest of 1 lemon
6C chicken stock or chicken broth
1 Tablespoon of fresh dill
1//Tablespoon of fresh thyme
2 eggs
Garlic Salt to taste
Celery salt to taste
Butternut Squash Brown Butter Maple Soup
Serves 4
Ingredients:
3/4C of diced pancetta or prosciutto
1 medium sweet onion
1 medium butternut squash roasted
1 head of garlic roasted
1 small sweet potato
1 small russet potato
4C chicken bone broth or chicken stock
1/2C of Apple cider
1t celery 1 salt
1/2teaspoon sea salt
1/4teaspoon white pepper
1/8teaspoon of cayenne
1/4teaspoon cinnamon
Zest of half an orange
Extra pancetta for garnish
Brown butter maple syrup
Pumpkin seeds for garnish
Sour cream for garnish
Recette : Soufflés chocolat-orange au micro-ondes d'Anne - Les Carnets de Julie - Les soufflés
LA RECETTE CI-DESSOUS ????
Recette : Soufflés chocolat-orange au micro-ondes d'Anne
Pour 6 personnes
Temps de préparation : 10 minutes
Temps de cuisson : 13 minutes
Ingrédients :
100 g de chocolat noir dessert
30 ml de crème liquide
3 oranges non traitées (environ 250 ml de jus)
3 œufs (blancs et jaunes séparés)
30 ml de maïzena
25 ml de Grand Marnier
80 g de sucre
1 tranche de pain d’épices
Faites fondre le chocolat en morceaux avec de la crème liquide au micro-onde, de 2 minutes 30 à 3 minutes, à 360 watts. Mélangez et répartissez dans 6 verres.
Zestez et pressez les oranges lavées. Mélangez les zestes, le jus des oranges, les jaunes d’œufs, la maïzena, le Grand Marnier ainsi que la moitié du sucre. Laissez reposer 5 minutes avant de mélanger à nouveau et faites cuire 6 à 7 minutes à 600 watts en mélangeant à mi-cuisson. Fouettez vivement puis laissez refroidir 5 minutes.
Montez les blancs en neige et finissez de fouetter avec le sucre restant. Incorporez délicatement en 2 fois les blancs en neige dans le mélange refroidi et faites cuire 3 minutes à 360 watts.
Dans les verres, répartissez la crème à l’orange sur le chocolat et décorez de dés de pain d’épices.
Dégustez froid ou tiède.

Nice, France Cours Saleya and Old Town
The old town of Nice, in the south of France, is something very special – not so much because of historic monuments but just the total atmosphere, the environment, the simple walking lanes, the shops and the people. Also look at part 2, night in the Old Town: There are actual locals living here, there are kids out playing, the residents are upstairs looking down from their windows and you really get a feeling of community here, of authenticity, especially in the off-season when it's not too crowded with tourists walking through the lanes – that helps quite a bit. We will point out a nice way to navigate through this labyrinth to get you in and around show you the main highlights. There are a couple of main lanes there is Rue Droite that will take you right through the center of the old town, and then you take a left and walk along Rue de la Boucherie and that'll bring you down to the Place de Palais and then back to Cours Saleya. So it's kind of a round-trip right through the town and feel free to wander up these little side lanes.
Walnut Crusted Artichokes With Dijon Lentils | On the TB12 Table

✅Ingredients
• ½ cup butter, melted
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons whole grain dijon mustard
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 10 small red potatoes, quartered
• salt and pepper, to taste
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:16 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2️⃣ 00:00:23 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, dijon mustard, salt, and oregano.
3️⃣ 00:00:49 - Place chicken breasts into the baking dish. Surround the chicken with the quartered potatoes. Drizzle honey mustard mixture over everything.
4️⃣ 00:01:54 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
5️⃣ Give potatoes a good toss and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
