2012 Truffle Festival - Lake George Hotel
The George Bar & Dining is the modern dining area in the Historic Lake George Hotel in Bungendore, and it's chef is Seamus O'Brien. For this year's Festival he's created special menus for two 'bring your own truffle' dinners. He's selected items from the menu that features the pub's own great Gidleigh produce, it includes this dish, a simple roast mutton with polenta mixed with feta. Ready for your truffle.
