Poring Hot Spring is one of the main tourist destinations in Sabah. Much more interesting than the spring itself, however, is a trekking trail to the Langanan Waterfall (and very few tourist actually do that - on that day I was the only one).

LANGANAN WATERFALL - Poring, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo.
This waterfall is the highest waterfall in Poring. It is more than 120 metres in height and takes approximately 1 & a half hour of trekking through the lowland tropical forest (3.4km).
No guide is required to hike to this waterfall. Trail is fairly easy.

Located in Poring Hot Springs, the most popular destination of Sabah and 1st UNESCO World Heritage Site of Malaysia, the majestic view of 120-Meter-tall Langanan Waterfall is only saved for those visitors who are keen to hike nearly 4 Kilometers (2.3 Miles) At normal walking pace, most people can reach Langanan Waterfall in 2 hours.
It is more enjoyable to soak yourself in the hot spring after a long walk in the jungle.

Poring Hot Spring is our next stop in the Kinabalu National Park area. We visited both the Kipungit and Langanan waterfalls and were astounded by both the hikes and the beauty of the falls. Prepare for a hike but definitely worth a trip if you're there!

Langanan Waterfall
This amazing and beautiful waterfall is one of the highest in Sabah, located in Poring hot spring Ranau. About 2 hours of walking until you reach the waterfall and yes, its not an easy trail.. X_x .. but after seeing the 120-Meter gigantic Langanan Waterfall you will definitely forget all of your tiredness..

Langanan Waterfall is located at Poring Hot Spring, Ranau, Sabah. It takes about 1.5 hours of easy hiking to reach this waterfall. The starting point is right after Kipungit Waterfall and along the way, hikers will pass by a bat cave.

Finally we are here! Both me and my cousin cresty was privilege enough to stand in front of the majestic 120-Meter Langanan Waterfall after quite a challenging hike. As a reward, we had our lunch in this beautifull place. Makanan yang kami makan punya la sedap mungkin sebab kelaparan kali hahaha

Travel VLOG day 6 in Kota Kinabalu Sabah. After about 2hour car trip from Kota Kinabalu to Poring Hot Spring Ranau, we went to the canopy walkway, waterfall & hot spring. The entrance fees are shown in the VLOG.
