Some aerial shots of the famous Lindenhof hill in Zurich.
Lindenhof is an open space in the heart of Zurich. At this exact spot, there used to be a Roman Fort, later a Royal Palace. The hill was the center of power. But in 1218, the castel in the city was levelled and Zurich became independent.Nothing was built there ever since.
Today, you will find on Lindenhof hill 55 lime trees – and a beautiful view of the City.
