I neglected to do enough research before embarking on this lovely hike and almost got stuck hiking home in the dark. Definitely recommend this hike if you are in Pai, just make sure to be prepared. Watch in 1080p.

Mae Yen Waterfall Trail
One of my favourite trail runs which took me to Mae Yen waterfall in Pai, Thailand. It started and ended from my guesthouse and took 2hrs 16mins to complete the 16km. A beautiful run through the jungle, crossing the river all the time to stay on the trail. The waterfall was amazing even though not much water was falling since its well into the dry season!

During the 5 hours 20 minutes hiking trail to and from Mae Yen Waterfall, I only met with 20 tourists or so and 2 dogs although there are tens of thousands of tourists 3 kilometers away in Pai.
5小时20分钟的瀑布徒步，只遇到20来个游客和2只狗，在3公里之外的拜县有着数千上万的游客。

Hiking back from the Mae Yen waterfall in Pai, but instead of following the trail, we decided to wing it and wade through the river instead. Pretty much canyoning our way out! Bonus points for me losing my glasses!
