This is a small winery that produces their wines as much as possible by hand. The aim is for attention to detail and a resulting high quality product. When we were there they were very busy and looked very much like there was no recession affecting them.
The name is inspired from a true story about a feud between two Mennonite parishes in the region that ended in the 1930s with members of one group robbing the other's pipe organ and dumping it in a river
