Established many years ago in Japan, there is a festival on 3 of march specially organise for the females in Japan. This festival was called 'Hina Matsuri' which also means girls' day.
Since 13 years ago, the locals in Makabe town of Ibaraki Prefecture celebrates the festival by decorating the streets with the ornament dolls.

In Goshogawara city of Aomori Prefecture, the 'Tachi-Neputa Festival is celebrated annually from the 4th to the 8th of August. The Festive Floats (Tachineputas) are displayed all year around in the Tachi-Neputa-no-Yakata museum. You will be able to feel the festive spirit by looking at the displays. Those who are not able to make it to the festival in August, this museum is a must visit! A huge Tachineputa is waiting for you!
