Relatively quiet stroll through Medini Mall, on the way to Legoland Malaysia, the newly opened theme park at Nusajaya Johor, part of the Iskandar Development Region.
Long queue of eager customers at the ticketing counters during this late Sunday morning; there is the option to purchase online at discounted rates, :P
Legoland Hotel to be completed in 2014. Meanwhile, the Legoland Water Park will open in the later half of 2013.
The annual passes are of better value for the locals and those from neighboring Singapore. Annual Family passes like that for the Singapore Mandai Zoo will be even more attractive.
Catch our later video reviews of the variety of rides in the theme park. Good alternative to the Universal Studio Sentosa? There are more rides and activities for the family, :-D

Mall of Medini opened 3 or 4 years ago and was really just an entrance to Legoland. There were not many homes in that area at that time. Things have changed a lot with all sorts of apartment blocks and businesses moving to the area. With the opening of B-I-G (Ben's Independent Grocers) a very popular supermarket with lots of the things that ex-pats crave a new Starbucks and a soon to open Burger King, the Mall of Medina is really starting to gain traction.

Bringing Cutting Edge VR Entertainment Iskandar Puteri, Johor, VRinity was launched on 28 August 2019. A joint venture between Korea's KT Corporation and Iskandar Investment Berhad, this close to USD 2 million Virtual Centre of Excellence (VRinity) is at Mall of Medini, close to Legoland Malaysia Resort.
Games available are: 2 Signature games: 1. Special Force VR: ACE. Consist of 1-4 players. Supports multiplayer PVP with 4 players (including Action packed game is Korea's first VR survival game that requires a high level of strategy, power and concentration in the virtual reality space for 5-10 minutes. Supports multiplayer PVP with 4 players (including AI 8 players). This is Korea's first VR e-sports game!
2. Black Badge : Signal A very interesting game, like escape room that gives you the adrenalin rush. Can be played with 1-4 players. In this game, Black Badge crew escape outpost and disappear with a final signal. You have to carry out the task of finding the shuttles and members of the Black Badge crew who have disappeared. Players will also be on mission to save the doctors. You will have lots of excitement and I saw players screaming with lots of action!
6 other games are: 1.Tobot VR . An action racing VR game. 2. Dynamic Theatre. A VR roller coaster that has 3 maps to choose from. 3. Taekwon V Reality.
