I recently took a much-needed Vacation. I Just thought I was going to have fun. Little did I know, I was Creating memories to Last me a life time and shape me for the better. This was one of those vacations for the books. I Had one of the most surreal moments of my life, I got Zanzibar checked out of my Bucket-List and created moments that I will always cherish in my life. Getting to meet new people, experiencing new Culture, discovering new taste buds and having some personal me time. Words seem short and They can't fully seem to describe how much fun I had, so here is Hoping this video helps communicate half the thrill of my Adventure. Maybe that and more.

SHIPWRECKED IN ZANZIBAR (NAKUPENDA BEACH) | 29-12-2017
Shipwrecked on Zanzibar (Nakupenda beach)!!
On the 29th of December 2017, we went scuba diving at a few local dive sites off Stone Town. One of those dives was a wreck dive down to about 29 metres.
At our surface interval, our boat was water breached. We tried to save it but it was too late. We moved all of our stuff off the boat and onto the Nakupenda sand bar.
After the boat sank, we decided to go scuba diving again where our bottom time was about 52 minutes. When we surfaced, we had no boat to get onto!
Initially I was told there would be 2 boats that would come and get us. After filming this, one boat eventually came.
We all made it back to shore!!!

Exploring Zanzibar Town
So for the last day in Zanzibar, we decided to take it easy and do a little sight seeing. From exploring the streets of stone town, to the Darajani Bazaar, to going to an even smaller island ( Prison Island ). The day concluded with a barbecue over at Sam's house. It was a really chilled last day. And with that, the following day we boarded our flight and headed back to Dubai. My time in Zanzibar has come to an end, but hopefully the memories and these videos will last forever.

Zanzibar & Mafia Island - a trip to Tanzania
Zanzibar and Mafia Island are islands located on the coast of Tanzania. They are only a short plane ride away from Dar Es Salaam and offers some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We were able to hang out here for some days and enjoyed the white beaches and turquoise water of the Indian Ocean as well as swimming with turtles and whale sharks.
