San Diego Brewery
Fall Brewing Co.
Today's journey to find the 'Hoppiest Place on Earth' landed us at the craft beer brewery of Fall Brewing Co., in the North Park area of San Diego, CA. Recently, I've began to see more of these taps popping around town, and received a good tip from someone at Green Flash Brewing Company that this place was legit, and worth checking out. Wow. They were right!
Resident Culture Brewing Company's Vicky Virago DIPA - Find Your Craft Beer Review, Episode 108
The Find Your Craft Show continues with an amazing beer from Resident Culture Brewing Company in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Vicky Virago is a Triple Dry-Hopped, Double India Pale Ale which is absolutely phenomenal. I can't say enough amazing things about this beer from the color to the amazing tropical and citrus aromas to that amazing flavor which highlights fruity notes and an incredibly bitterness.
This is just one of many of the amazing brews coming out of Resident Culture right now. They aren't even a year old, and they are doing some incredible things. I look forward to many more amazing brews like Vicky Virago to come from them.
And oh by the way, I've got my lovely wife Mel with me for this review! Cheers!

Resident Culture Brewing Company's Thunder Stud DIPA - Find Your Craft Beer Review, Episode 110
In this episode, I've got another amazing beer from Resident Culture Brewing in Charlotte, North Carolina!
Thunder Stud is a Double Dry-Hopped DIPA which is loaded with flavor. Incredibly smooth and easy drinking, this beer highlights amazing juicy flavors of lemon, lime grapefruit, honeydew, and mango. The sweetness from these flavors really balanced out the bitterness of the hops in this beer as well and it all came packaged in a beautiful-looking and incredibly easy-drinking beer.
This beer was somewhat similar to Vicky Virago, which Mel and I reviewed in Episode 108; however, this beer did have some subtle differences and flavors all of its own.
I absolutely loved this one, and I can't wait to see what other great things come from Resident Culture. Cheers!
