Hi All,
Me and my friend planned to visit lakshadweep islands. We started on 2nd of November. Please find below link for the Package tour.
The package is completely organised by Government. Only 120 seats are reserved for tourism. Rest of the seats (680) for local travellers. So priority is always given to local passengers.
We boarded the ship around 10:30 AM. Checked in to the cabin. We took a small ship tour. Had lunch around 12:30 PM. Do not expect tasty and delicious food.
We started the voyage around 2.30 PM. We rested for a while since we had traveled the whole night from Bangalore to Cochin.
After a good rest, we had tea and snacks around 4:00 PM. We decided to go on top of the ship, to have a view around. Witnessed one of the memorable sunset. water, water everywhere till the horizon. One of the rarest experience you will ever have. You also feel the humidity levels. Had a short photo sessions. Suggest you to carry sunscreen/lotion.
As the sun started to set and it was becoming dark, we headed back to our cabins. Had our dinner around 8:30 PM and slept. The sea was not rough thankfully, so the voyage was not bumpy.
Woke up next day morning to witness a minicoy island. Had breakfast and the disembarked the ship at 8.30 PM. The voyage from ship to island is through motorboats. 45 min ride.
We were provided with a welcome drink. and we were taken to light house through local taxi. The view from the light house was a very great one. Photo session again:P. And we headed to the resort.
Kayaking was a complementary sport that came with package. We did that and registered for snorkeling. we were taken in a motorboat for snorkeling. Since there are no corals near the shore. I suggest you to take your own snorkel kit, so that you hae enough time for you to snorkel and you can take your own time. Added adantage if you know swimming as well. Dont worry even if you don't know swimming, you will be provided with life jackets.
Came back to the shore . We were very much hungry and had lunch. We came back to the ship in the evening around 5:30 PM.
As we were exhausted, we had dinner and slept early. Minicoy island was one of the unforgettable experience had.
More excitement and challenges upcoming. Which will be provided in my next video.
Thank you very much for watching. Do comment below and subscribe.

MINICOY ISLAND OF LAKSHADWEEP
LAKSHADWEEP, MINICOY ISLAND FROM MV KAVARATTI.
It is a coral island, probably built on submarine volcano. The number of people controlling the boat transferring passengers from MV Kavaratti to the island is more than the number of passengers in that boat, because of wind and sea turbulence.

Lakshadweep Islands - Amazing Sky View
(VISUAL- SHAFEEK THAMARASSERY) Lakshadweep - About this sound Lakṣadvīp (help·info), Lakshadīb), formerly known as the Laccadive, Minicoy, and Aminidivi Islands (/ˌlækədaɪv ˌmɪnᵻkɔɪ/ & /ˌæmᵻnˈdiːvi/),[2] is a group of islands in the Laccadive Sea, 200 to 440 kilometres (120 to 270 mi) off the south western coast of India. The archipelago is a Union Territory and is governed by the Union Government of India. They were also known as Laccadive Islands, although geographically this is only the name of the central subgroup of the group. Lakshadweep comes from Lakshadweepa, which means one hundred thousand islands in Sanskrit.[3][4] The islands form the smallest Union Territory of India: their total surface area is just 32 km2 (12 sq mi). The lagoon area covers about 4,200 km2 (1,600 sq mi), the territorial waters area 20,000 km2 (7,700 sq mi) and the exclusive economic zone area 400,000 km2 (150,000 sq mi). The region forms a single Indian district with ten sub divisions. Kavaratti serves as the capital of the Union Territory and the region comes under the jurisdiction of Kerala High Court. The islands are the northernmost of the Lakshadweep-Maldives-Chagos group of islands, which are the tops of a vast undersea mountain range, the Chagos-Laccadive Ridge
