Other features and amenities include:
1. Premier Golf Membership, 5 Beach Clubs: provides access to two Jack Nicklaus championship golf courses, the tennis center, the fitness facility, and five beach clubs (St. Regis Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, Sufi Beach Club and Hacienda de Mita Beach Club). While beach club access is complimentary, guest fees are charged by the Punta Mita Resort for golf course green fees and use of the tennis center and fitness facility.
2. Full use of a 6 passenger EZ-GO Express L6 golf cart.
3. Daily housekeeping.
4. Wireless internet service.
5. Local landline and phone plan for free long distance calling throughout North America.
6. TV’s located in the living room and main master bedroom are connected to a dedicated satellite receiver to provide a diverse number of channels plus access to Netflix.
7. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen: Wolf and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is also equipped with: small appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, and table linens.
8. Nest thermostat-controlled air conditioning.
9. Full size washer and dryer.
10. Two reserved parking spaces: in a covered garage.
11. Private swimming pool reserved for residents of Building 3: our condo is one of eight units in Building 3. Another private swimming pool and jetted hot tub is located at the Hacienda de Mita Beach Club, which is located only two buildings away from our condo. The Beach Club is reserved specifically for the owners and guests of Hacienda de Mita.

13. A private secured gate within Hacienda de Mita provides access to the charming and lively village of Punta de Mita, which is known for its excellent restaurants & local shopping
14. A golf cart ride to the world renowned St. Regis & Four Season’s Resorts: enjoy the many restaurant choices plus the St. Regis Beach Club.
15. Breakfast & dinner preparation: can be arranged by our concierge, but is subject to an extra charge. The cost of all groceries and beverages purchased by the concierge for meals and snacks at the condo are paid by the renter.
When you arrive you will be greeted by our concierge who is fluent in English and Spanish. They will handle your check-in and check-out along with sharing their knowledge & answering any questions you may have concerning the condo, Punta Mita Resort and the local area. They also can arrange airport transportation, car rentals, grocery shopping, restaurant reservations, baby sitting, a private chef for meals inside the condo, golf tee times, boat/whale watching trips (Marietas Island), sport fishing, cycling, ATV excursions, zip lining, horse back riding, surfing, etc.
Hacienda de Mita has a strict 8 person limit policy. NO EXCEPTIONS, adults and children (even infants) count as one person.

May 1st - 10th, 2006 - surf everyday - most days waist to chest. Then..... I had forgotten how quickly the Pacific comes up and got hammered on the inside. Took a rest to video tape locals surfers, and Dee from Colorado. If my memory serves me right, she had been surfing for four years. She is by choice an extreme skier in her home state. I went back to Punta De Mita again this year for more fishing with Carlos. We had plenty of species in quite tough conditions but one blistering day produced so many Jacks we stopped counting and the highlight for me, my first Rooster Fish. Also bumped in to a fishing friend from the UK I had only met digitally before - what are the chances of travelling 6000 miles from home and doing this?! Also snapped the catches of some of the surf casters - very impressive including Jacks and huge Roosters. Note the time stamps are erroneous - new camera and I didn't adjust the factory settings!
