Our friends from La Consolacion University Philippines joined us as we explore the Monasterio de Tarlac.
Monasterio de Tarlac to Clark
This a reverse journey in part of the SCTEX Concepcion Exit with a small variation of the route in Cristo Rey. Took the Clark South exit then to Manuel L. Roxas Highway in Clark on the way to Matam-ih Authentic Kapampangan Cuisine for a late lunch.
Road is good all the way from Tubigan Barangay Road in San Jose, Tarlac where Monasterio is located till Clark. Gas is cheaper in Clark maybe due to the duty free facility there.
Enjoy & have a safe trip everyone!!!

Tarlac City Tricycle Ride & SM Mall Tarlac, Jolibee - Philippines Trip
Spending time with family in Tarlac City before our next trek. So relentlessly hot here without the sea breezes we have experienced so far.
In the video we take a tricycle ride into Tarlac City centre to visit the SM Mall Tarlac for a Jollibee lunch and a look around the shops. So nice to be in a fully air-conditioned environment for a few hours and out of the midday heat!
Stay tuned to the end of the video for some strange thunderless storms which we saw quite regularly while we were in Tarlac City.
Hope you enjoy my video and thanks for watching. More Philippines videos to come so please subscribe to see more and also check out my other videos.

The Capas National Shrine in Barangay Capas, Tarlac, Philippines was built by the Philippine government as a memorial to Allied soldiers who died at Camp O' Donnell at the end of the Bataan Death March during the Second World War.
On 9 April 2003, a 70-metre obelisk and new memorial wall were unveiled on the grounds of the former internment camp. The obelisk is surrounded by a three-segmented, black marble wall engraved with the names of the Filipinos known to have died during the Death March. There are also statistics about the total numbers of prisoners and deaths, together with poems for peace.

TVS XL 100 Solo Luzon loop (Philippines)
#tvs #xl100 #philippines
So, I did a solo North Luzon loop on an XL 100. It was slow but it was awesome.
Topspeed of 70kmh but I maintained 60kmh.
Overtaking slow moving trucks was hard. Overtaking slow moving garbage trucks was harder!
I spent less than 2000 on fuel.
