Junior Dale Ratliff, 16 of 188 James Way, Jarvisburg, NC died Monday, June 27, 2016. He was born in Elizabeth City, NC on August 10, 1999. A student at Currituck High School, he was very mechanically inclined, loved taking things apart and putting them back together. Junior loved playing the game, Magic with family and friends.
