Kamakura (4) - Hase Temple 「鎌倉（4）－長谷寺」
Historical anecdote aside, Hase Temple is probably one of the most grandiose buildings in Kamakura. Making use of the slop deftly, several impressive buildings are placed. What makes this temple famous nationwide is the existence of a 11-face Kannon statue in gold which you can see in the Kannon-do. After waling up and down you can get rid of tiredness by looking at the sea from the top of the hill on which Hase Temple is located.
