In addition to adding bear-proof trash cans, the burgeoning town has also replaced attractants like fruit trees, built wildlife crossings over highways, and provided education to the local populace. Their creative solutions have helped to manage local wildlife while keeping residents and visitors safe to enjoy the beautiful scenery the area has to offer.

Natural Bridge Yoho, British Columbia CANADA ヨホ 国立公園
Natural Bridge is an impressive natural rock formation that spans the flow of the Kicking Horse River west of Field, Yoho National Park.
The name Yoho comes from the Cree word for awe and wonder.
The Natural Bridge lookout presents visitors with the opportunity to view the formation with interpretive displays explaining the physical processes at work. The bridge can easily be reached by car just 3km from Field on Emerald Lake Road.
Sculpted by the erosive forces of rushing water over what had once been a waterfall. Softer rock found below the Natural Bridge's hard limestone band eroded more quickly, and fissures in the rock widened until the flow of water was diverted below the outcrop.
Spirit of Alberta
From tranquil countryside to urban excitement, Spirit of Alberta captures the diversity and natural beauty of this vast, extraordinary land. Spending a summer on the roads of Alberta, KSPS Public Television photographed its splendor from the Waterton Lakes National Park to the Peace-Athabasca Delta and beyond.
Produced in 1999.

Canadian Rockies Vacation Travel Video Guide
Travel video about destination Canadian Rockies in Canada.
Jasper, a small, quaint Canadian village, is the starting point for a 230-kilometre journey on the ‘Dream Road Of The Rockies.’ The Rockies are the eastern range of the North American Cordilleras and extend through Canada for 1,200 kilometres. The Jasper Tramway is Canada’s longest and highest cable car and travels up Whistler’s Mountain into a world of stunning mountain scenery, not to mention the Jasper National Park which is the largest and most northerly mountain park in Canada. The Columbia Icefield contains around thirty glaciers and is the largest ice mass in the Rockies. Travelling by snow coach, the stunning scenic splendour of the glaciers and the shining sky are in wonderful contrast to the icy light blue depths of the abyss. After raging waterfalls and frozen ice fields the journey moves on to tranquil lakes, a vast area where Man is only a visitor and Nature belongs to the deer, grizzly bears, elk and birds of prey of this region. From the top of Mount Whitehorn there are magnificent views across the white peaks of Bow Range and down into the deep valley that contains Moraine Lake The Canadian Rockies are a natural world that stretches across high mountains, captivating valleys and huge national parks.

Alberta: Winter in the Canadian Rockies
Words like vast, massive, vertical, thrilling, and fun could be used to describe the Canadian Rockies in Alberta, Canada, but it’s the wild nature of the place that makes it really special. Banff National Park is a winter wonderland. Ice skating on Lake Louise is like walking into a scene from a movie, and it’s been called one of the most beautiful rinks in the world. Banff has an activity for every interest. Ice climb a waterfall? Sure. Insane backcountry skiing? Yep. Cuddle up with a mug of hot cocoa around a cozy fire? Absolutely.
Jasper National Park gets you away from your busy daily routine and into some truly epic snow. The winter hiking is world class. Fat biking, on wide, partially inflated tires, makes pedaling in the snow something you can’t wait to try, and the cross-country skiing is renowned—expect to see some large wildlife hanging out nearby.
And a winter adventure isn't complete without some fun in the city. Calgary and Edmonton are your gateways to the Canadian Rockies, each with its own flare on great eats, cool neighborhoods—and don’t forget about catching a hockey game. With so much to offer, experiencing winter in the Canadian Rockies should be on everyone's bucket list.

I did not edit out the red lights so you can see how we have the longest red lights in the history on humankind. Some are so long you need to pack a lunch.
