Grand Cayman Atlantis Submarine Tour March 2013
A collection of videos I shot during my ride on the submarine Atlantis in Grand Cayman. This is the first time I was ever in a sub and it was a fun experience. We went 100 feet below the surface. Highly recommend if you are ever in Grand Cayman!

National Trust tour explores the depths of George Town Harbour
It is one thing to be told of a place and another to experience it.
The National Trust for the Cayman Islands embraced the ‘show, don’t tell’ philosophy on Saturday morning, taking dozens of guests out on the Nautilus submarine to witness sites in George Town Harbour that many have only read about.
National Trust Director Nadia Hardie was not able to attend the full tour, instead leaving before departure to meet with lawyers regarding the judicial review of the 19 Dec. port referendum.
“Unfortunately, I can’t come with you this morning because I’ve got to go spend two hours with some lawyers,” Hardie said in opening remarks, eliciting a round of applause from the public.

Grand Cayman Islands - Night Dive - Macabuca Site - August 2018
The Night Dive!! A beautiful, quiet, time to jump into the ocean and have a dive. Visually everything changes from the day to night diving. The sleeping day creatures awaken and hunt and the day hunters sleep.
The plants that appeared normal were sleeping during the day and at night they extend their tiny tentacles to feed as they track the water for pieces of plankton. The sharks hunt, the lobsters and crabs hunt and feed.
The coral show truer colors as the torch (flashlight) focuses your eyes on just what is lit. Flashlights bring back their full color that daylight shining through the water and the color spectrum diminishes.
Enjoy the video. This is just a encapsulation of one night dive. This site never disappoints. Every dive, always something to see and something different. Highly recommend this site. There was also a beautiful octopus caught chillin on a sponge. I made a separate video on just this capture found on this site. Please check it out!
I hope you enjoy this video. Unfortunately yes, there is alot of snow (silt floating around). There was current so the silt constantly moves.

Disney Cruise Line: Grand Cayman SeaWorld Observatory Semi-Submarine
We didn't wake up to rain today but the moment the tender boat pulled away from the Fantasy the heavens opened. It was warm rain and there was no lightning so we had a fun time playing in the rain.
We went on the SeaWorld Observator Semi-Submarine (G10) excursion. When booking this ahead of time my main goal was to go on a short and quick excursion. We love how empty to ship feels on port days.
It's turning into a vacation tradition that Danny loses some type of eye wear and this was no exception. He had his sunglasses at the base of his neck and went to wipe rain from his eyebrow. In the process he knocked his sunglasses into the water as we were boarding the semi-submarine. As we descended into the hull we could see his shades slowly sinking to the bottom. Hilarity ensued.
New sunglasses for Danny and new shoes for me.
This was the last port that we used our cell phones because we finally caught the elusive region exclusive Corsola Pokemon. That's where we were headed in the rain.
After this I had hotdog number 3 and the video was really cute. I recorded it with Danny's cell phone which has a beauty filter and I believe that made the file not compatible with the editing software I use.

Grand Cayman Island - Atlantis Submarine Adventure
Grand Cayman Island - Atlantis Submarine Adventure Jan 2015
Located near Seven Mile Beach, and George Town.
A large, fully functioning submarine with nice tour guides, and great views. The whole trip last about an hour and a half or so. A little pricey but you can save a bit by booking online. For those that don't scuba, or don't snorkle, or are coming off a cruise ship it is highly recommended to go during the day.
For those that DO snorkle or scuba dive go at night. The view is clear, and you will see predators that you don't normally see during the day.
